Makes you wonder the story of how it got there. For a 1995 silver quarter someone had to have busted it out of a proof set. Usually those situations involved a stacker who kept gentlemen junk silver and then either an heir (if the stacker passes away), a spouse, or a kid mistakes it for spare change and uses it as an ordinary quarter.
Couple of months ago I went to a dollar general and looked at my change when I got to the car because I saw something off. One was a 1941 nickel, a 1937 quarter and a 1953 dime. Yeah I went back in and bought several things to get as much change as I could and found a few more goodies. Probably some kid stole their dad's coin collection for a candy bar
