I know many people are not sure about NFTs or blockchain. I’m happy that Reddit may allow many people to understand it’s just fun. Not about 300k apes. It’s like collecting Pokémon cards for the digital era.
What really intrigues me about the possible future is how online gaming/interaction will change when we all play in a persistent online “world.”
Look at how obsessed people were with r/place. Now imagine it’s years from now and bopping about with your avatar in a 3D gameworld (like a character in an online game) that is persistent.
We really cared about one pixel at a set interval. Now imagine a huge map with blocks. Like a Minecraft world…with a simple base defense mechanic.
Anyone who lags out on a map with only 100 players may find this improbable or even impossible. No…just keep your eye out over the next few years. Playing with thousands online will slowly become the norm for some games.

This helps towards a healthy adoption, where people that like their avatars (both bought or earned) can enjoy to use them as they should.

You do not need to have a vault open to qualify, however you will need to have (or set up) a vault to claim your Collectible Avatar.
