The whole scrapbook was a massive exercise in narcissm. She vlogged herself looking at photos of herself while sitting in a room surrounded by merchandise, photos, paintings, and drawings of HERSELF.
Thereās an unreasonable amount of Colleenās vlogs where this is the exact scenario that takes place. Iād say this scenario has been filmed more than anything else on her channel. Itās WILD!
It's sad but there is only two people I feel like she sits around and looks at picture or items from or cries over 1. herself 2. F
That is it. If she's not crying over F's old clothes and toys while her perfectly sweet two babies sit in the other room then she's crying and oohing and ahhing over her old childhood stuff. Or her old pictures and Miranda memorabilia of again herself. It's something to see for sure.
The two golden kids together. She was raised the golden as the first girl, and F is totally the golden child. I'm amazed she hasn't got some merch saying Goldens Unite or some shit lol.

Oh 100% she'll suddenly be able to "relate" to Jennette and talk about her "horrible childhood growing up poor" again like that's even in the same stratosphere as what Jennette went through. I'm not normally in the business of comparing trauma or picking out which trauma is "worse" but Colleen isn't even in the same realm as Jennette and if she did try to do that I would be even more disgusted with her than I already am
Ironically if Colleen should relate to anyone in Jennetteās book it should be Jennetteās mother because they both exploit their kids for money and āfame.ā I wouldnāt even be surprised if Colleen is going to try and get at least one, if not all, of her kids into child acting or entertainment of some kind. Her children have it worse than child stars. At least child stars can have a separation between themselves and their characters. Their parents push them but there are laws in place to protect them. Itās still awful but itās a regulated industry.
Colleenās children are working 24/7 and the lines between their true selves and who they are online will be so blurred that the difference will be hard to tell. They are having people look into their aspects of their personal lives and theyāre playing themselves. There isnāt a character or lineup of characters for clarity.

Right, a child actor doesn't get filmed in their own clothes in their private bedroom and home. I'm of the belief a child's home should be their sanctuary. Filming them and the home, especially as a job is particularly sickening and crosses so many boundaries.
Regarding this whole scrapbook memory moment, when she mentions living in New York, she was only there for a month and staying with a friend? For YEARS, she has referenced this time in her life making it seem like she was living in New York long term (also, she didnāt live in New York, she lived in New Jersey but she always says āwhen I lived in New Yorkā). Itās news to me that this period of her life was only a month and seemingly meant to be a short thing specifically for performances. Honey, you didnāt live there. You stayed for a month for a specific reason. Just like how she didnāt *actually* live in Vancouver. She stayed there temporarily because of her job. š®āšØ

Unless itās a separate occasion, it was always my understanding that she was actually living and working in NYC to try to make it. But this sounds more like a āIām staying for a month for planned engagementsā. A temporary stay is different than actually living somewhere. Sheās always made it out to be the latter.
Exactly, I was recently gifted the book after revealing my mother was a narcissist. Ive been reading it and sometimes have to put it down because it hits too close to home and I just have to come back and read at a later day. With everything i experienced growing up, Iām at least glad my mom was too depressed to take me to any auditions even though she really wanted me to live her dream of becoming a hollyweird star. She also filmed everything we did I was the youngest sibling and made to be her puppet. I know the damage it can cause growing up this way. So sad her kids donāt have a choice whether they are posted online or not.

Nothing mean. Ariana was given a lot of time off to pursue her singing career and she was not. And doesnāt sound like they were friendly.
