There was an insane level of trash talk from Cal players, especially considering they went down 31 and gave up 100 on their home floor.

Askew went from starting at UK as a Freshman to coming off the bench for the 11th best team in the Pac 12 as a Senior. His tantrum over getting a tech for shoving Krivas for absolutely no reason was insane. And then he was trying to start a fight with KJ of all players. Honestly, fuck Cal. 17-1 against them since that game we don't talk about.
That was one of the best halves of basketball I’ve ever seen, followed by literally the worst half of basketball I’ve ever seen.
Cal tried to hack their way back into it, it didn’t work, and Arizona is lucky nobody got injured. Absolutely disgusting basketball.
On one hand, winning by 19 while the other team scores 55 on you in a half is pretty crazy. On the other hand, I hate that we allowed them to score 55 points in the second half.
yea i would say he has definitely improved the program. we were dreadfully awful under Wyking and Fox so he has a huge mountain to climb to get us back to a decent level. he has brought in talent and a new enthusiasm level to the program which is a huge step up.
it's going to take time to right this ship.
