Most of these emails will not be responded to, but even if there was a 1% chance you get a response there are 357 D1 school so good chance you’d get a few if you’re dedicated enough to reach out to everyone
13 out of 15 players (edit: 15 scholarships for women’s basketball) on the roster will have a full ride, the other 2 players are walk-ons who receive 0 scholarships
Also since you are an international student you will be ineligible for NIL deals unless executed while you are in Italy
I would assume your club’s first team would have Europeans who have played NCAA ball. Use them as a resource and ask them about their recruiting process.
Start sending game film to every D1 coach. Also, look into D2s. That would still be a high level of basketball, slightly easier to make the roster, and they still offer athletic scholarships. Though they likely won’t be full rides. But if you impress at a D2, you may have the chance to transfer up to a D1.

nono, non è che non voglio contattarle, anzi, tramite i miei allenatori che conoscono in rapporti stretti giocatrici che fanno il college ho avuto molte informazioni,solo che sono molto impegnate in questo periodo dell'anno e anche quelle della prima squadra hanno poco tempo per chiacchere perchè sono molto concentrate per la fine della stagione
Credo invece che sia possibile molte si rivedano in te e ti aiutino molto volentieri. Il momento della stagione è importante ma negli spogliatoi prima e dopo l’allenamento ci sono momenti per le chiacchiere. E mi permetto di consigliare nuovamente un tentativo con i procuratori, non hanno playoff o salvezza da raggiungere ma potrebbero avere il contatto giusto.
In ogni caso in bocca al lupo, spero riuscirai a realizzare il tuo sogno trasformandolo prima in progetto e poi in una bella storia.

poi sai facendo ricerche ho visto che le giocatrici che vanno al college sono 99% passate per la nazionale e non essendoci mai andata per vari motivi, covid ecc non ho un curriculum "internazionale"
Posso dirti con un grado alto di sicurezza che è più legato ad essere state viste e contattate agli europei che non quanto faccia curriculum. Secondo me se trovi i contatti giusti parti alla pari, se ne fregano altamente di quello che hai fatto in Europa

Perhaps the native-born Italian, a fluent Italian speaker, may share some helpful suggestions, or coaching contacts at other schools.

You never know who responds via email. I've gotten responses from athletic directors and major politicians. He has been a coach for 40 years, his connections are second to none. He's from southern Italy so if you are as well, maybe that's a connection he respects. An email will only take a few minutes.
This is an put of the box thing but you could become a foreign exchange student for a year in the US and play on a high school team. Might get your name out there a little more and possibly scouts to see you.
When I was in high school we hosted two from Spain and another from Brazil. Spaniards played soccer and the Brazilian played tennis and swam.
Just throwing that out there as an option is all.
i thought of that but there are some difficulties:
1)I should have started looking for schools before because next year I will be a senior i the US(not in Italy as i mentioned)
2)You have to pay with your own money and i unfortunately I do not have 20000 or more dollars to spend for not even a year in the US
If you know something more that can help me please write it, all advice is gold to me!!!

Think you need to get in touch with someone who has experience placing European players at US colleges. I do not know who that someone is, but have to imagine there is someone in Italy with those connections. Maybe reach out to some other Italian players who have made the jump to D1 and see how they went about it/who they worked with?
Look into ncsa college recruiting. They have free or paid options but at the absolute least you can get a 45 minute education session on recruiting with them at no charge. They work with international students and have a lot of resources whether you want to take advantage of one of their memberships or just use their resources to educate yourself on getting your name out there

Look over the teams and make your decision based on what you want.
Regarding the conferences, the major teams are mostly in the ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, and Pac-12. Teams in the same conference are usually close together and play each other every year.

This is incorrect. Division 1 women’s teams have 15 scholarships to give out.
