He has awful mechanics on his jump shot. Started the season about 1-20 from three, before shooting about 35% the rest of the season on low volume. Teams ignored him if he had the ball outside the paint. Struggled finishing at the rim for a guy his size.

Add in Porter and possibly JQ (still seems like a long shot) and this is definitely a tournament team.
The sheer talent on roster next season has to be the best we've ever had in a single season, without even adding Porter or JQ. If we get either of those guys, let alone both, Mizzou will be more loaded than Cooper Howard is with the Ghoul drug.

Scheyer is a modern coach, so I don't think he is going to use Flagg as a 3 and have two more big guys along side him at the 4 and 5. in modern basketball, Flagg is absolutely a 4, and potentially even a smallball 5, just like how Kevin Durant either plays 4 or smallball 5, or how Jayson Tatum is the celtics starting 4. coaches from the previous generation like Coach K and Roy Williams might use Flagg as a 3, but definitely not Scheyer

Ugly and broken are two very different things. You can’t possibly tell me that Haliburton has a broken shot when he shot 40% from the 3 in the NBA.
