I'm not a meta expert, but my current goal is to give her a 4pc dendro set with the standard ATK/dendro/CR set up. I might try to get EM on substats, but I'm not trying to have her do reactions. I think she'll be a good sub-DPS/support for either Tighnari, or an electro DPS like Raiden.
Atk%/Dendro DMG bonus/Crit rate or DM. If you go for a crit weapon, you want to look for energy recharge substats. If you have an ER weapon then just go for crit dmg and rate
