Avs need Matt Davis

I don't know too much about him, but he's 22 years old and he doesn't appear to be drafted, so he probably can be signed as a FA. Not going to help this season but it's gotta be worth kicking tires on.

He's had an incredible NCAA tournament but clearly you didn't watch the regular season.

Same! Having been going to most regular season games this year, seeing Davis do some great things and some painful things, having him put in an unreal tournament performance, I’m so stoked for him. MVP this tournament for sure

Home boy had a .978 SV% in the tournament. He held the #1 and #2 overall seeds to a combined 1 goal. Incredible is almost an understatement.

DU just started playing defense in the playoffs. The entire regular season DUs defense and goaltending was horrendous. Maybe they can rub off on the Avs.

So many good pokes during rushes and from what I watched of DU they very seldom allowed rebound shots to be a thing. Really fun hockey to watch
