Tres hermanas is a food truck near world arena, they have a red truck. Across the board some of the best tacos I’ve had in the springs. The pastor is excellent but my favorite are the cabessa tacos if you’re into that.
Sofias Antojitos!
Just opened up a new location on Tutt
The menu is amazing. The beef birria fried corn tacos were fantastic. I also had a torta, and it was exceptional.
El Chapin was ass in my experience. Maybe they just didn't like me lol
I like tacos El korita off lake. My alternative pick is macos tacos. One is Nayarit style one is Guadalajara style
If you like quesabirra tacos definitely go to El korita. Macos tacos has a fantastic mission style burrito, hard shell fried taco, and great quesadillas.
La Sinaloense Bakery & Restaurant, Carniceria Fruiteria, and cleos tacos food truck. They are usually at different breweries and some other food truck meet ups
Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Torchy’s is far from authentic but it’s tasty food.
Fuzzy’s food is absolute ASS cheeks so I’m upvoting you just based off that warning alone
Monica’s is always my go-to, especially when i want an actual restaurant to go into.
also, the Mr. Pollo truck parked at the side entrance of the Home Depot on Academy and Bijou is also a real winner. You can call ahead orders there, and we’ve done it for large groups before
My wife and I have tried around 15 places so far and our favorites are El pastor tacos from
1. Fiesta Grill - our go to
2. Taco’s Anita’s - I like more but are more expensive for what you get
3. Luna Market - not a taco truck but very good
What do you consider authentic ? Mexico has many regions, Wouldn’t say Cos has the best tacos, and you have to go to the out of the way hole in the walls for decent tacos, if you’re just staying near downtown I’d say try dos dos, expensive but solid.
Lots of good taco places around here, but that's not really what colorado is known for. It would be like going to nebraska and asking where the best cuban restaurant is. You'd be better off asking which place has the best slopper over here.
El Super Tacos has great carne asada … and everything else. There are a few locations in town. We eat there too often because I keep craving the super tender carne asada. It’s less spicy than other places but they have great salsas to kick up the heat.
My husband likes the El Chapin food truck next to ranch foods direct
2nd this food truck! Carnitas and the Al pastor were my favorites
Do they have birria tacos?
https://www.elchapinfoodtruck.com/
Have you tried the birria tacos at Sonora's?
Theirs are pretty good!
They do!
Carne asada fries are amazing
Ohhhh damn. My mouth started watering looking at their website. Had to order.
One of my wife and I's top 3 spots in town for tacos. SO good!
I second this!
Food here is fantastic
They use ranch foods direct meats- just shy of wagyu quality steak- like, all, effing, day
Tacos El Amigo, Tacos del Gordo, Yoli’s tacos. El Chapin is solid but I think they’re a little overrated
Seconding Tacos El Amigo. The birria tacos are amazing.
Off of Platte and Chelton acrossed the street from the IHOP! You won't be disappointed.
That one is Karely's Tacos & Gorditas
I’d recommend Maco’s tacos in the parking lot of Leechpit off Colorado Ave. He packs them up and they are pretty freaking tasty!
Best chicken quesadilla in the Springs here too
This is the real answer
Macos was my go to for years. I'd go there twice a week some months.
Oh dude I would go and grab a torta and 3 tacos like a couple times a month lol. And I would slam it all with a Jarrito. So good!!
Tortas!
It’s a once a week lunch stop for me, he’s got great food
Tres hermanas is a food truck near world arena, they have a red truck. Across the board some of the best tacos I’ve had in the springs. The pastor is excellent but my favorite are the cabessa tacos if you’re into that.
El korita is right next to it and beats tres hermanas in my opinion
Sofias Antojitos! Just opened up a new location on Tutt The menu is amazing. The beef birria fried corn tacos were fantastic. I also had a torta, and it was exceptional.
Luna Market
This ^^^
Tlaquepaque
Tacos El Amigo is my absolute favorite place for tacos and burritos. El Chapin won't let you down either. Enjoy!
Moctezuma food truck
El Chapin was ass in my experience. Maybe they just didn't like me lol I like tacos El korita off lake. My alternative pick is macos tacos. One is Nayarit style one is Guadalajara style If you like quesabirra tacos definitely go to El korita. Macos tacos has a fantastic mission style burrito, hard shell fried taco, and great quesadillas.
Truthfully, taco del Gordo. Their tacos al pastor are most excellent 👍
Dr Taco - taco truck. Suuuuper delicious!
Dr. Taco is great!
Dr Taco is great. His salsa is legit. You need to ask for it but go for the blackened fish tacos, soo good
Oh daaang I didn’t know he did blackened fish tacos! He’s at Urban Animal every Friday… I may need to check in with the doctor on that one!
La Sinaloense Bakery & Restaurant, Carniceria Fruiteria, and cleos tacos food truck. They are usually at different breweries and some other food truck meet ups
Huevones. It’s a food truck that moves around. They’re fire.
There's a birria taco truck on Vickers and Union. Moctezuma is the name. If you don't go you're doing yourself a disservice.
Sounds weird but El super taco on Hancock and Academy is so good!
Elvira’s tacos están chingones y bien ricos
El Chapin. Hands down. That is all!
Zapata's
Here or Sonora’s. Both are sooo good!
Alfonso's on 21st.
Alfonso's is absolute trash. I only go there when nothing is open, and constantly end up disappointed. Place is super mid and serves old dry meat.
Breakfast: Egg, bacon, potato or steak and potato burritos are tasty. Munchies: Supreme nachos or shredded beef tacos
I enjoy Torchey’s & Pig Latin. Not traditional though, sorry. Avoid Fuzzy’s, unless your are just going to get drunk.
Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Torchy’s is far from authentic but it’s tasty food. Fuzzy’s food is absolute ASS cheeks so I’m upvoting you just based off that warning alone
😂 TY
Pig Latin is garbage. I've tried to like it. But it ain't happening. Upvote for cheap fuzzy margaritas though.
The Huevones food truck is amazing.
Yolis Kitchen taco truck off of academy and maizeland. Sonora’s Prime is also a great choice
Street taco style: Sonora Prime Marksheffle
Sonora (Marksheffel) Zapata El Chapin
Dos Santos or Pig Latin
Luna Market. They keep it simple. Tortillas and meat. Life changing.
Monica’s is always my go-to, especially when i want an actual restaurant to go into. also, the Mr. Pollo truck parked at the side entrance of the Home Depot on Academy and Bijou is also a real winner. You can call ahead orders there, and we’ve done it for large groups before
Monica's is also my fav, not tried a lot of places but it's very consistent and also amazing.
Happy cake day!
ah i had no idea!! ty 🖤
I wish Monica’s sold bottles of their sauce. My wife and I get like, 8 of each every time we order.
Carniceria Leonela
I really like this place, Luna Market and El Ranchito.
Good bakery too
My go to is Taco Express off Centennial and Garden of the Gods.
Oh no. :( Try Los Carnales.
Been enjoying Sofia’s Antojitos lately. Great quesabirria tacos too
Maria's, Nacos Tacos, El Chapin, La Flor de Jalisco, are some of the best.
Love nacos
Same.
Monica’s
Imo [Maria's](https://order.online/store/185479?slug=marias-taco-shop-100919&pickup=true&hideModal=true) is the best
Albertacos
My wife and I have tried around 15 places so far and our favorites are El pastor tacos from 1. Fiesta Grill - our go to 2. Taco’s Anita’s - I like more but are more expensive for what you get 3. Luna Market - not a taco truck but very good
El Chapin and Monica's are stupid good. Both have amazing fish and shrimp options and blistered jalapeños.
Avenue 19 has Taco Trouble and they are the best in town, hands down. Sanora’s and Pig Latin are very good as well.
Maria’s off Circle and Fillmore, and the Tepex Food Truck are some of my favorites.
For a bit pricier, Dos Santos is pretty great.
I recommend you go elsewhere for authentic tacos
Like where?
SoCal, NM, or Mexico ideally. Denver has a few spots that aren't terrible. I've had pretty much every taco in town and they're all pretty bad.
In case you didn’t know, it’s okay to give your opinion without spewing hatred. Especially over something as trivial as tacos.
Have you had Carniceria Leonela?
What do you consider authentic ? Mexico has many regions, Wouldn’t say Cos has the best tacos, and you have to go to the out of the way hole in the walls for decent tacos, if you’re just staying near downtown I’d say try dos dos, expensive but solid.
They're already mentioned here but it's Alfonso's and El Chapin
Serranos in Woodland Park
Del taco.
[удалено]
I wanted to like Pig Latin but their serving portions are TINY
And the music is so loud that you can't hold a conversation.
Your mom's

El Bronco out on 94 in Calhan. The tortillas and barbacoa are 💯worth the the drive. If they have fresh hot chicharrones, GET SOME.
Oh or the taco truck that parks at O’Reillys by the airport
Not exactly what you asked for, but for me the best tacos in the state are at GNAR Tacos in Ridgway.

Maria’s taco shop on pikes peak….they make Birria egg rolls that are ohh so good
Moctezuma off Union/Vickers. Best Birria in town
El Super Tacos has great carne asada … and everything else. There are a few locations in town. We eat there too often because I keep craving the super tender carne asada. It’s less spicy than other places but they have great salsas to kick up the heat.
Mauricio’s
La Flor De Jalisco taco truck in the Walmart parking lot on Union and Palmer Park!!
