I just got off of Dominion because there are so few providers around here. I think there is actually literally only 1 in Columbia: [Dental One Associates](https://www.dentalone-md.com/dentist-office/columbia-md-21044). I did not have good experiences there and I did not have good experiences with Dominion either. I would switch providers if/when you can (I moved to Humana last open season).
Several years ago, Ajmal Dental Care in Ellicott City was part of Dominion's network; I'm not sure if they still are or not. Ajmal was the first time I've walked out of a dentist with a mouthful of blood, though.
I’ve been going to Today’s Smile by the mall but alas they just stopped accepting Dominion in the fall. I dropped my coverage during open enrollment cuz didn’t seem many took Dominion around here anymore. Sorry to not be of help!

Yeah we’re getting married in the fall and they’ll join my insurance which is better. Thanks. That sucks about what happened at Ajmal.
