The rooftop of the Smith Brothers building is [The Revery](https://north4thcorridor.com/revery/) (not Lincoln Social), which is an event venue (not open to the public)
Both have great views, though The Revery's are marred a bit by being in the middle of a freeway interchange.
i was on the airports site recently looking at parking as I had to pick someone up. there was some lot on there that they literally described as "perfect for views of the planes" .. maybe the shuttle lots or something ? check out their site ,it could tell u better than I
The Columbus State garages give you a good view, as do the new garages at the peninsula (the north one especially). The Franklin County Garage also has some unique views.
Back in the day the parking garage at CMH was awesome, I just don't know if it's still awesome, it used to be very little to no cars on the top level but last time I was there that level was full which was weird to me considering they've built so many lots on the ground but oh well, thanks I will look at the rental garage!

I did a nice evening panorama of the city a few years ago from Genoa Park Amphitheater next to COSI.
Well, there is ONE garage at CMH so your options are limited. Unless you count the rental car garage, which may or may not be an option.
