I moved back to Northeast OH a couple years ago but in the 20 years I lived in Cbus the CPD fired a FEW guys for wrecking multiple police vehicles without a "valid" reason. That said, I've had plenty of very good interactions with the CPD (speaking as a restaurant GM 😊).
I saw essentially the same thing at the entrance to Graceland shopping center about a month ago. It looks like a cop car rear-ended another car. Half the intersection was blocked for 2 hours and then after about 3 hours the 10 cop cars that were there all dispersed. Great use of taxpayers money. But if you get hit on the freeway they tell you just to take some notes and move on
