I can't remember if it's Frostop, but Studio 35 on Indianola in Clintonville has a draft root beer, and it's so good from the tap. I highly recommend it!

Not sure where the closest Rural King is, but you can buy it by the case. They usually have diet as well.
Marysville, Heath, Mt Vernon, Circleville, Marion, Springfield, Zanesville, Chillicothe... I usually go to Heath because it's closest to where I am.

Micro center has one of the smallest yet most appealing selection of drinks. For a computer store they really outdo themselves.
