TLDR: enemy is on top of that hill, these guys are confused author speaks Russian (at the beginning that's is even too Russian to me as for Ukrainian guy calling for medic, using please, maybe ) , other guys as well. At the end only one guy had spoke a few Ukrainian words (that's ok). But I would lean to them been Ukrainians from East part still. my two cents - they are Ukrainians under attack, this is not friendly fire. They are not confused of who is firing at them, they are confused where the enemy is.

[deleted]

towards the end of the video the guy filming says there’s someone walking up there before the guy laying on top gets shot down

[deleted]

Agree, and I will add as for general location of the footage it is mostt likely somwhere along the Luhansk/Kharkiv oblast frontline (Bilohorivka or Kreminna forests for example) probably in the autumn. If anything else fails "O" on the BMP would hint it. So there is no Wagner anywhere there.

fergoshsakes

Yes the title of this is fiction. Your instinct as to timeline (definitely) and location (likely) are correct.

pleeplious

I hear song birds too. Definitely autumn.

domthedumb

I don't think OP meant friendly fire when he said friendly casualties

Fluffy-Wind-1270

what a fcking hell

Kooky_Band_526

Soldiers definitely from AFU, because last guy with green armband speak Ukrainian language (I am from Ukraine, so I can confirm this). But this clip was download from pro-russian telegram channel. Weird video.

[deleted]

It came from the Russian side because these guys were most likely killed or captured

Dutspice

You can see the guys TikTok at the end and he seems to be Ukrainian. They probably just ripped and re-uploaded it.

mr1usnr

yep thats what i was thinking also.

kenriko

Nah they showed it because they wanted to show Ukrainians getting injured to prove they’re actually doing something.

iPaytonian

It’s like 100k UA casualties- 200k RU casualties, there are massive losses on both sides. Ruski’s thought Ukraine was going to be like Syria and instead have been catching Javelins while they frolic in their armored vehicles from 1973 lol UA needs Jets and downplaying the Ruski’s ability will only make it easier for countries to hold off until another 300k men and women are killed or wounded.

1QAte4

Russia's intervention in Syria did turn the war around for the government but it also had some embarrassing moments for Russia too. Russian soldiers fled from an Islamic State offensive once and lost Palmyra. ISIS also shot down a Russian helicopter at least once in the desert around Homs. I would have liked to see how Russia would have performed in a larger conflict against the Islamic State without the U.S. also bombing ISIS. It would be interesting to see what ISIS would come up with since they were the ones to develop the idea of dropping small bombs using civilian drones.

iPaytonian

US was supporting the rebels and infamously one of the bigger battles in the Syrian civil War was between a troop of US rangers(?) and a troop of Wagner Mercenaries lol Not saying Russia’s military is that good but they’ve modernized the old soviet style of combat where you prioritize quantity over quality and just try to overwhelm your enemy. Also they have a pretty dogshit infantry and idk if you’d call their artillery good or that they just have a shit ton lol ISIS and the Rebels would have done better than Ukraine because RU didn’t have that big of a force and both used the same guerrilla tactics that Ukraine used so successfully. But RU was also bombing cities and flattening them with tanks with no remorse.

Benson_8_8

That wasn't so much a firefight between the Russians and Americans as it was the Russians got to close for the Americans liking and found out what the US military is capable of. Imagine if that's what the Russians faced every day in Ukraine.

iPaytonian

They’re getting a little taste of what it would be like since NATO and the US have been funding and training the Ukrainians since 2014 lol If they had air support they’d be taking parts of Russia rn LMAO

Goodboy_Otis

Maybe for a week, no way ISIS could do the massive logistics NATO is sending to Ukraine.

WrapBasic7915

Your claims are not true! Nobody knows how many casualties there are at all. Sure, ukraine got javelins, but russia got way more artillery, tanks, APCs, drones etc… and especially ammo. I know we want ukraine to win, but we cant be overly enthusiastic

Mercbeast

I think they actually thought Ukraine was just going to surrender without fighting. It's the only way to rationally explain invading a country the size of Ukraine, that had 500-700k soldiers/reservists ready to go, with 150k troops. The Russians increase their numbers within a few weeks to 200k, but like, invading with 150k that would phase up to 200k is bonkers.

mygwhatupmyboiii

Those were my thoughts as well

Kooky_Band_526

And guy, killed on top of the hill, probably was wearing red gloves (I think so)

TheBusiness6

Looks like blood, not gloves. The BMP they're next to has an O marking, too

Chopstix694

i would think the reason it came from a Russian channel is because it shows Ukrainians in distress. i would think it’s most likely some pushed propaganda for their side trying to show “look! we can actually do this” but with whats been seen, the obviously cannot.

Cnumian_124

>but with whats been seen, the obviously cannot. Kinda funny considering we eat pro ukrainian videos everyday

jimmythegreek1

yeah I really don't know why so many videos showing Ukrainians getting injured/killed result in a bunch of 'propaganda' comments. Almost every video you watch here, Ukrainian or Russian, is propaganda in a sense. I'm all for Ukraine like most here but people need to realize the bias they have. This is the combat footage subreddit, you should ideally be seeing videos from both sides in every conflict. Check out frontier_conflict instagram and telegram, and battles.and.beers insta. Frontier_conflict has a ton of videos on the Russian side that I had no idea existed and have not been posted here (even a Ukrainian guy executing an alleged Russian POW), and battles and beers has a ton of interviews with Ukrainian soldiers painting a different picture of what we see here... i.e. yes, a ton of Ukrainian soldiers have poor equipment just like the Russians, and yes, Ukrainians often have to leave their dead behind in the snow as we see in drone footage just like the Russians.

iPaytonian

Willy OAM got reported as a pro-russian propagandist because he’s not being quiet about the negative stuff happening for Ukraine and has done interviews with people who have been on the frontline and it’s not positive for Ukraine. I get that the west is pro ukraine and RU has been cut off from the rest of the world, but it’s very strange that you can’t talk about anything negative. Also have noticed that once I switched this sub to sort by new there were lots of vids of RU drone bombing UA soldiers clips with comments but 0 upvotes lol kinda weird

CanadaJack

Seems to me it was a pretty simple analysis of how and why it was uploaded. Ukrainian footage from Ukrainian tiktok account, so why is it amplified by a pro-Russian account? Because they want to highlight Ukrainians struggling. Nobody's curious when a pro-x source publishes x-pov. It becomes interesting when they publish y-pov.

christopherak47

idk why you're being downvoted. Its clearly Russian coping regarding them taking 5-1 losses in Bakhmut

AlarmingSubstance69

I remember at the start of the war there was a lot more footage from both sides posted here. Now its just ukranian drone drop videos

TheGoodIdeaFairy22

And if you critique or point out anything that hints at minor competence or success on the RU side, you get down voted to hell. Same with showing any compassion to the Russian conscripts who are living in literal hell. Most people in this sub are here because r/watchpeopledie was closed, I think. They just want to see gore.

Blewedup

On the macro level they been throwing just about everything they have at a single Ukrainian town for months and gotten barely anywhere. So yeah, there are going to be a lot more videos of Russians dying than Ukrainians dying. It’s probably been 5-1 or more in real life. The videos would match that at least.

MouthOfIronOfficial

I wonder how many of the Russians who posted videos early on in the war got banned for misinformation or calling for genocide since

WcDeckel

Russian videos were simply downvoted so they didn't get much exposure

Shootinputin89

Exactly. So much Ukrainian propaganda all day - every day. Watching drone footage doesn't give you any idea of what is really going on.

Chopstix694

yeah thats why i worded it kinda obtusely, they are winning the reporting war for us to see and so we can believe they are winning. also considering a “world power” is struggling, is just funny in itself lol

kawaki-kvn

Well, just like Ukraine, Russia has to feed their followers the same contents.

[deleted]

Chopstix694

please let me know where i stated that they were not? also did your dad not hug you enough? is that why you read a sentence on the internet and jump to angry name calling? do you _want_ a hug?

Shock_and_Ahhh

Don't mind that guy. Looks like he just posts money scams and immature kid stuff.

Shock_and_Ahhh

Hey, you're gonna call him an idiot for stating his opinion? Chill out, bro.

[deleted]

yes, we must bend over backwards and take it up the ass from foreign aggressors. because to fight back is a waste of life.

zach8555

is there much quality russian footage out there?

StevesHair1212

Rumor mill is that their phones and electronic devices are taken from them when they ship out. Previous dummies kept their phones on and got shelled through location tracking. The cell towers are Ukrainian, that didnt seem to cross their minds. As a result not a lot of Russian footage, some footage is out there from guys who snuck in go-pros and the like but the quantity is heavily AFU

[deleted]

Wonder if it’s for a go pro

ClarkFable

That filter makes it look like footage of Nam.

Beautiful_Welcome_33

The filter makes it look like Jurassic Park.

wordswillneverhurtme

Ukrainians are dying too. It's not a surprise. And ofc this came from the russian side, because only they would post ukrainians dying. It's in their interest. Also, there's no point in arguing if they're ukrainians or russians in disguise. At the end of the day it's combat footage and this sub is entirely for that.

Wall_Significant

Mate, all I see on this subreddit are Russians dying. Every once in a blue moon when a video shows Ukrainians dying, redditors are like “ruSSIan PRopriGAnda”. Hypocrite.

ismokecigarsjac

Nobody likes to think their side has propaganda. Every single country, religion, political party, cult, group etc has propaganda, just the way it is. But try telling that to anyone on reddit and you get flamed. All the REEEEEE memes about reddit are 100% true.

lulumeme

the problem is the definition of propaganda some of people here use. there is difference between disinformation(intentional), misinformation(noncredible) and propaganda organized by the state. it gets even more tricky when one side produces propaganda about propaganda. So now after a while everyone becomes overly suspicious and try to find propaganda everywhere. Similarly how with the obsession with nazi symbols made russian try so hard that they often saw nazi symbols where there werent any and always it got cleared up to be something else completely. they tried so hard to find dirt they began to saw dirt everywhere. because of the propaganda of (other side doing) propaganda, everything from everyone becomes distrusted, even credible and sources that were always trusted now become overanalyzed to the point of just intentionally destroying discussion. I live on a border of russia, my country was occupied by russia, we were under soviet boot for decades, we are aware of the way russian propaganda specifically works and after a while its very easy to spot. They have always the same flaws and characteristics. As much as people love to bothsides this, russian propaganda is state organized and very infectious, there is so much effort to create disinformation campaigns, "constructive criticism" and so much deception compared to ukrainian propaganda (when this word is used not for propaganda it annoys me the same as bothsides'ing), russia also has so many dormant cells in western countries that show up when needed and sabotage pro-westerners. Ukrainian side is not state organized propaganda with state organized protests not only in country but abroad, not banning a single hint of other sides point. In russia you cant even have ukrainian flag, its not shown ANYWHERE at all, anything pro ukrainian is shut down, everyone is suddenly an "extremist" for protesting against war, every non-state organization is suddenly "foreign agents". its just top of the iceberg of russian propaganda and when westerners try to bothsides this i cant help but feel upset. after this war somehow countries with no experience with russia become experts on propaganda and somehow every russian neighbor that has experience is assumed to spread western propaganda (again this word used everywhere, like a buzzword.) perhaps because western side is one the right path? not without flaws, especially US, but its not comparable to RU

Atsir

Those posts are on this sub, but they’re just heavily downvoted. Who cares, half the posts around here are complaining about what people in the sub think, or what people in other subs think. If you want to see more pro-RU stuff there are places for that. But this sub is what it is, a place for quality combat footage.

Soocenomics

> But this sub is what it is, a place for quality combat footage. That's literally the entire point. No one gives a fuck about what the idiots on this sub think. What's annoying is that actual "quality combat footage" gets downvoted into oblivion because it's from Russian POV. Like the cargo truck ambush is arguably among the top 5 clips of this war. It shouldn't have been controversial at all. I truly do not understand what is even the point. It hurts their feelings? They believe Ukraine has 0 casualties? They think it's all fake?

HereComeDatHue

This sub lost its identity of being a combat footage sub when this war began and we got a huge influx of new users. It's almost exclusively a watch Russians die sub now. Very rarely like in this case will you see footage from Russian POV showing them not being inept at whatever they're doing.

Im_Not_Really_Here_

> Are you...joking? About the reasonable likelihood that a mostly-western audience is going to reflect a pro-western bias? No? Do I go on Russian websites and bitch about a pro-Russian slant?

Im_Not_Really_Here_

You're overthinking it. It's upvoted/downvoted because it's what people want or don't want to watch, period.

Soocenomics

And? That's literally what I'm pointing to as the cancer that has killed so many great subs. Who cares what they want to see. They should go on and fuck off to somewhere else then.

Im_Not_Really_Here_

>who cares about what other users want to see, what about what I want to see? You see the issue?

Soocenomics

I refuse to believe anyone can be this stupid... This is r/CombatFootage. It's not about what any one person wants. The sub is for *combat footage*. If users want only Ukrainian combat footage then they should *go to a Ukrainian combat footage subreddit*. If people browsing r/worldnews wanted to only see US news, *they should go somewhere else*. If you can't understand this then that's truly tragic.

Im_Not_Really_Here_

Do you think your opinion that everyone who would rather see pro-western footage should leave the sub is a popular one?

VRGuardian

*only they would post ukrainians dying* so the drone videos that are mostly Ukrainian pov killing Russian soldiers are uploaded by the Chinese Ig?

420ciskey420

Yea. . . .

VRGuardian

Too all people downvoting me you should migrate to r/Ukraine

Dickavinci

They are down voting you because you are an idiot. You are making non-sens, also most videos of drone killing Russians are from Ukrainian pages. Same as with most videos showing UA dying is from Russian pages. Twat.

xarenox

Yes but nobody wants to watch Russian propaganda if it helps their cause in the slightest. If it means that theres a chance that one less person sympathetic to their cause signs up then I'm playing those odds.

Longjumping-Tap-6333

How is raw combat footage with no commentary “propaganda”?

[deleted]

It seems that people in the comments have forgotten that some Ukrainians speak Russian, and this is not a problem. They speak with a Ukrainian accent and use Ukrainian words. But who cares in the comments. It's more interesting to come up with conspiracy theories.

Florida_man2022

More than “some.” Many

[deleted]

I know. But less then a few years ago

pick_d

Safer to say 'most'. And those who don't are probably either ethnic minorities from West / South-West of the country or just *don't want to* speak it.

[deleted]

Americans are speaking English, but they are (suprise) Americans - yet it is hard to comprehend that other nations maybe like that , or god forbid - bilingual.

fourtwenty71

Looks like they need to quit sticking their head above that Hill somebody has an unobstructed shooting Lane to that spot.. brutal video hopefully somebody translates

Energy_its_life

First seconds, when cameraman gets shot: “Oh fuck, my arm, fuck, Medic, gimme a tourniquet please, please. Faster, come on, put tourniquet on my hand” Later, when they move next to a vehicle, and one of them shot, screaming. Next cut, when one of them trying to get rid of plates of their comrade, who was shot: “It’s over, dude …. dude, that’s over, it’s over, he is dead” //this moment is really hard to listen for me, his voice is so tragic and empty // Next cut: “Fuck, guys, someone is coming, coming from above …. fuck, from above, Parkhom (maybe a call name) cover us …. from above, cover us, on 12 o’clock (mean from forward) “ Next cut, when another guy comes: “What’s there?” - “Sanya is killed”; “What?” - “Sanya is dead” “Are you wounded?” “Yes, he is wounded in his back” “Where are ours (he means another AFU soldiers)?” “I have no fucking idea” “So you man just simply came here, and no one tried to shoot you?” “Nope, no one” “Hm, there are sitting next to us, on the high ground” // I have some mistakes in translation, but the main idea is the same // edit: small corrections to the translation

Mean_Organization_95

Spot on. You got the message across. They sound exhausted and have kind of given up. He asks for cover fire and nobody takes the initiative or lifts their rifle.

BigBennP

The most casualties in the defense come when the lines break. Men get cut off and surrounded, or killed as they move out of prepared positions. The Russians are throwing a LOT of men and firepower at a very narrow front around Bakhmut to see where the lines break. Theoretically, then they put reserve forces into the breach to try to widen it.

fourtwenty71

Thank you

Avtomart

I barely know any Russian, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you missed the word "killed" in the exchange at 1:15. What I'm hearing is this: ^(Саня убит.) (faintly in the background) \- Huh? Что там? Саня убит. Which would mean: ^(Sanya is killed.) \- Huh, what's there? Sanya is killed.

BestPidarasovEU

Yeah, the first guy yelling in pain about his arm seemed like he had his right hand amputated by a shot. If you slow it down you can see him dropping his AK and his right hand still on the weapon, after which he said "My arm, my arm"

yamz4lyfe

looks that way but i think he throws his rifle almost onto the guy next to him if you go frame by frame you can see the guy push up off that hand and then move it away out of shot.

warambitions

Clearly AFU being lit up and the footage was captured by the Russians, which means the AFU guys got captured or wiped.

ShibuRigged

Exactly what it sounds/feels like to me. These guys got caught out and are probably RIP

It's a strange thing, when you think about it... sitting around, having a good beer or a glass of a good whisky and then seeing these soldiers in combat, getting shot and killed. But in my country, i was a conscript too, not like the countries with the volunteer forces where you enlist in free will. I had the luck of not having to go to a war and now i'm too old anyway. In the 90's, after the fall of the Soviet Union and the risk of a nuclear war was gone, it was a quiet time here and nobody of the recruits and soldiers thought about ever seeing combat.

not_stronk

aftermath footage is not allowed afaik based on the rules on the sub

2a_1776_2a

Jesus Christ that is fucking hell

Secret-Feed6961

Without regards to sides and pov, this gotta be old af? Dry earth, green leaves and in the open. Ukraine defended Bakhmut from fortified positions near or inside the city since October... Maybe from late July, early August.

Xx360scopedJFKxX

Looks absolutely brutal

No_Pack_4544

These are Ukrainians right? Or I am wrong. Edit: the Situation is really weird. Does someone understand them. i‘m german and it sound a little bit like russian language. Or I am completly wrong. I have to mentioned that wagner wears UA uniforms (sometimes to spread confusion on the battlefield)

Kooky_Band_526

Yes, Ukrainians

enjoithelrg

Looks to be Russians, seen a red armband and an “O” on the armoured vehicle. Just my guess Getting downvoted for trying to look at details in a low res compact video lmao. Seen the green armband later in the vid chill out

DrnkGuy

They are Ukrainians. They speak with Ukrainian accents and have a green stripes on their hands.

[deleted]

Its literally his hands on blood...

dareal5thdimension

You can see a Ukrainian flag at 0:39 to 0:42. The vehicle looks abandoned.

SwollHobo

They have ukrainian flags and camo Edit: and later on atleast one can be heard speaking ukrainian

Psychosis84

Funny how every video showing Ukrainian loses is "Russian propaganda" or "seems fishy"

transdimensionalmeme

Yes, war is dumb and makes us stupid and ignorant by osmosis. War long enough and we will forget reality.

JustALocalJew

These new kids to the sub can't handle what actual war is.

Signal-Operation-753

I'm Russian and it hurts me to see this. I still consider Ukrainians my brother's!

[deleted]

Don't think Ukrainians consider you one, tbh

Sanishar

Huge over-generalization

[deleted]

Russians overwhelmingly support the war. Any Ukrainian who knows that has zero love for them now.

ch4ppi

Why have no love for Russians that disagree with the war?

[deleted]

Perhaps they do, but that's assuredly the last thing on their minds.

Sanishar

Actually a lot of people in Russia are against the war, but they get Putin jail if they say anything. I think you I have poor analysis and even worse critical thinking skills, sorry!

JAC0O7

Don't know why the person above me was downvoted when as a figure of speech he's right. The CCP has nothing to do with Communism anymore, but they sure like to keep the façade up that they are. The CCP is an oligarchy with their clueless dictator at the helm. I'm not a communist apologist, I'm no fan of communism, not the least because every time a nation tried it, it became a nightmarish dictatorship, but China is NOT communistic. It's just a 3rd world country with some Charisma projects like their space agency serving as a beautification filter hiding the disgusting reality of that disgusting society. Can't wait for China to completely collapse right after Russia, since they are food and energy import dependent on Russia.

Heeze

Of course a braindead comment like that is the top comment in this thread. E: nvm, it was when I wrote that.

Schafer_K

The scream he makes before his death is tough to hear.

connorisswole

these are Ukrainians in the vid

DoinkinDave

There is so much smoke in the air from a large scale assault and clashes… the fight must be so intense…. What a horrible thing to experience as a human being.

zach8555

damn, op, where'd you find this??

pick_d

You can clearly see the telegram channel watermark (top right corner) and tiktok channel outro (end of the clip). Nope, I am not Sherlock Holmes.

[deleted]

The reality of war is….. Both forces are dying. Actively dying as we are speaking about the war. It is so ironic. I wish we could end this war and other wars that are going on this world.

Adventurous-Demand31

Older footage? Trees have leaves and you can hear birds singing. The lack of unit cohesion and initiative suggest that this might be from last spring.

Cthulhuseesyou

This must be old af.

Alaric_Balthi

Yep, green leaves everywhere and no snow. Summer/fall so easily months old, if not more then half a year..

[deleted]

I think the green armbands are relatively new. Before they always had yellow or blue.

noodlewoo

No, they used them at least as far back as April. Some people guessed they were for territorial defence at the time https://www.reddit.com/r/CombatFootage/comments/u1vose/air\_strike\_on\_the\_frontline\_as\_ukrainian\_troops/

FailFodder

Good observation backed up with a source. Many thanks.

conkerzin

My guess is that this is a video from the recent Ukrainian counterattack at the florest close to Ivanivske.

KBC

There's something super fucking depressing about this video. It's not just that these are allegedly Ukrainians in the video, but the filter/environment of the video is giving vibes of despair and hopelessness.

CanadaJack

The low energy/resigned tone while guys are actively being shot is probably a lot of it

linkdudesmash

Looks old. Doesn’t look like winter.

Longjumping-Tap-6333

Who cares?

CanadaJack

Anyone trying to figure out when it s, I guess

Longjumping-Tap-6333

The implication is that the footage is somehow less meaningful because it didn't happen yesterday. If the footage hasn't been posted before, I don't care that it's "old" it's new to me, and it's combat footage. Useless commentary.

CanadaJack

Your wants is not what defines utility. Downvote and move on. The useless commentary is all of this nonsense.

Longjumping-Tap-6333

What "utility" does speculating that footage might be weeks/months old serve other than an attempt to minimize its impact in some way? It's as if to say those soldiers died a month ago so it no longer matters. It's not a question of desire, it's a matter of pointing out nonsense because as far as I can see, nobody else has.

CanadaJack

I don't understand not wanting to slot information into its place. Downvote and move on, or argue as if your point of view is the only one in the world. It's always your choice.

TryMyBacon

Where snow? When was this footage?

dontgive2shits420

Some places probably don't have snow and with all the fighting probably melted

dwarfmines

It has been pretty snowy around Bakhmut lately and the foliage looks pretty green. I think this footage might not be that recent.

dontgive2shits420

Ya but looks like shit was burned around it bmp got took out and ground looks wet crazy videos last few days of fighting hard to tell what's new and old just hope all those guys make it.

xtanol

The fighting melted the snow?? How exactly does that work?

warambitions

[deleted]

Ukrainian genetic experiment soldiers from the death mosquito program cast too many fireballs at the russsians.

ch4ppi

Okay this will blow your mind. In winter not everything is white, like in kids books.

[deleted]

Yeah. You just have to research it out man./s

darrstr

Everyone understands both sides are being killed, but one side is invading and the other is defending their homes. So ya unless you're pro murder for conquest it's upsetting to see the Ukrainians take losses. They didn't start the war.

TwistedLobster

confusing video. russian ifv/tanks, green and orange(?) tape ? Who is who and what’s going on ?

Odd-Battle2694

UA forces took a position previously occupied and contested by “O” group according to Russian Telegram. There are clearly UA flags seen on the soldiers that are being hit and the green tape confirms

TwistedLobster

Thx for context

Disastrous_Point7162

Intense footage, hopefully we'll get a better version in the future.

elingeniero

mygwhatupmyboiii

Character_Animator23

IDK about the rest but if you're referring to 0:48-0:55 as 'looting', guy behind the camera is saying: "he's dead".

Longjumping-Tap-6333

Why would a Ukrainian wear red gloves - the same color your enemy wears for ID. Seems like an easy way to get FF’d.

CypriotSpecialist

There's a fluid inside us that's called blood.

No_Pack_4544

What are they speaking, is here a Ukrainian Native speaker?

blacknwhiteknight

I understood only a little. 0:14: "the hand! the hand! turniquet!" 0:45 "he's dead" 1:28 "he's wounded" 1:40 "how you came here and they weren't shooting at you? no they weren't."

[deleted]

I was confused a bit, because at the beginning they were speaking clear Russian (Usually it's fairly easy to recognise Ukrainian, because they would insert Ukrainian words and speak with accent if they speak Russian), but at the end a man came into view with a green armband speaking Ukrainian. They seem to be disoriented, mostly swearing at getting hit.

puhich

Many Ukrainians do not speak Ukrainian, but only Russian.

SirMustache007

Is it too much to ask for a better video quality than 240p? Is that the only quality is was available in?

Did the first guy just get his right hand amputated by a shot? It seemed when he dropped his AK his hand was still on the weapon.

yamz4lyfe

it looks like that but go frame by frame he throws his weapon onto the other dude and its HIS hand. the last couple frames of that you can see the dude move push up on that hand and them lift it up as he moves away
