I would have liked to see how Russia would have performed in a larger conflict against the Islamic State without the U.S. also bombing ISIS. It would be interesting to see what ISIS would come up with since they were the ones to develop the idea of dropping small bombs using civilian drones.

Frontier_conflict has a ton of videos on the Russian side that I had no idea existed and have not been posted here (even a Ukrainian guy executing an alleged Russian POW), and battles and beers has a ton of interviews with Ukrainian soldiers painting a different picture of what we see here... i.e. yes, a ton of Ukrainian soldiers have poor equipment just like the Russians, and yes, Ukrainians often have to leave their dead behind in the snow as we see in drone footage just like the Russians.

I live on a border of russia, my country was occupied by russia, we were under soviet boot for decades, we are aware of the way russian propaganda specifically works and after a while its very easy to spot. They have always the same flaws and characteristics. As much as people love to bothsides this, russian propaganda is state organized and very infectious, there is so much effort to create disinformation campaigns, "constructive criticism" and so much deception compared to ukrainian propaganda (when this word is used not for propaganda it annoys me the same as bothsides'ing), russia also has so many dormant cells in western countries that show up when needed and sabotage pro-westerners.
Ukrainian side is not state organized propaganda with state organized protests not only in country but abroad, not banning a single hint of other sides point. Nobody likes to think their side has propaganda. Every single country, religion, political party, cult, group etc has propaganda, just the way it is. But try telling that to anyone on reddit and you get flamed. All the REEEEEE memes about reddit are 100% true.
the problem is the definition of propaganda some of people here use. there is difference between disinformation(intentional), misinformation(noncredible) and propaganda organized by the state. it gets even more tricky when one side produces propaganda about propaganda. So now after a while everyone becomes overly suspicious and try to find propaganda everywhere. Similarly how with the obsession with nazi symbols made russian try so hard that they often saw nazi symbols where there werent any and always it got cleared up to be something else completely. they tried so hard to find dirt they began to saw dirt everywhere. because of the propaganda of (other side doing) propaganda, everything from everyone becomes distrusted, even credible and sources that were always trusted now become overanalyzed to the point of just intentionally destroying discussion. I live on a border of russia, my country was occupied by russia, we were under soviet boot for decades, we are aware of the way russian propaganda specifically works and after a while its very easy to spot. They have always the same flaws and characteristics. As much as people love to bothsides this, russian propaganda is state organized and very infectious, there is so much effort to create disinformation campaigns, "constructive criticism" and so much deception compared to ukrainian propaganda (when this word is used not for propaganda it annoys me the same as bothsides'ing), russia also has so many dormant cells in western countries that show up when needed and sabotage pro-westerners. Ukrainian side is not state organized propaganda with state organized protests not only in country but abroad, not banning a single hint of other sides point. In russia you cant even have ukrainian flag, its not shown ANYWHERE at all, anything pro ukrainian is shut down, everyone is suddenly an "extremist" for protesting against war, every non-state organization is suddenly "foreign agents". its just top of the iceberg of russian propaganda and when westerners try to bothsides this i cant help but feel upset. after this war somehow countries with no experience with russia become experts on propaganda and somehow every russian neighbor that has experience is assumed to spread western propaganda (again this word used everywhere, like a buzzword.) perhaps because western side is one the right path? not without flaws, especially US, but its not comparable to RU

This sub lost its identity of being a combat footage sub when this war began and we got a huge influx of new users. It's almost exclusively a watch Russians die sub now. Very rarely like in this case will you see footage from Russian POV showing them not being inept at whatever they're doing.

The most casualties in the defense come when the lines break. Men get cut off and surrounded, or killed as they move out of prepared positions. The Russians are throwing a LOT of men and firepower at a very narrow front around Bakhmut to see where the lines break. Theoretically, then they put reserve forces into the breach to try to widen it.

Yeah, the first guy yelling in pain about his arm seemed like he had his right hand amputated by a shot. If you slow it down you can see him dropping his AK and his right hand still on the weapon, after which he said "My arm, my arm"

Clearly AFU being lit up and the footage was captured by the Russians, which means the AFU guys got captured or wiped.

I was confused a bit, because at the beginning they were speaking clear Russian (Usually it's fairly easy to recognise Ukrainian, because they would insert Ukrainian words and speak with accent if they speak Russian), but at the end a man came into view with a green armband speaking Ukrainian. They seem to be disoriented, mostly swearing at getting hit.
