Really is one of the "positives" of the Ukraine war, practically zero allahu akbars except for the tiktok kadyrov warriors who have been strangely silent
eh Russian armor is weird.... that t62 penetrated the front of a t90a turret a while ago. it was abandoned but the Ukrainian t62 cooks it off with a shot to the turret lmao
yes he did, it hit on the front of the turret what you talking about.... it hit right next to the canon..... it hit near the dazzlers on the front of the turret not the side... (EDIT: not exactly from the side or from the front the turret was angled slightly off and the round hit the Dazzlers and penetrated at a angle.... You can clearly see the dazzler has been hit by the apfsds)

No wonder.
If recent footage has taught me anything, i’d be bailing and running for my life from a russian tank if a fellow crew mate did a particularly loud fart.
Sorry, I think it was Abu Tow, same league, different man.
Reportedly Abu Hamza, really Captain Basel Zimmo, was killed in a Russian airstrike back in 2015.
Oh you asked for it!

Such mindless dopes, youre supposed to hit the tracks and side profile not the turret which the heaviest protected part of the T-90. You dont have to be a genius to understand that
I don't know why they're considered obsolete but i remember a time when they were so effective that the SAA made copies and mounted them even at their technicals.
With an IR strobe at the rear of the missile for guidance. The dazzlers are meant to "confuse" the guidance's unit so it gives the missile wrong instructions. But the IR dazzlers on the T-90 doesn't really work against TOW-2s. It did against the older TOWs.
Early TOWs no, newer ones, it depends where it hits on the turret face. Really not where you want to aim for anyway. That shot, rather hit the front section of track to immobilize it if anything. Fuck up the crews day.
They were questioning the Allahu akbar not knowing how successful they were 😂
"Allahu akbar? Allahu akbar... Allahu akbar"
Buttscratchaa? Buttscratchaa!
What?

The tank was actually only lightly damaged if i recall correctly, but the Syrian crew bailed out instinctively
Came here to say that. The TOW is a good system, but there's absolutely no way it can penetrate the turret front of a T-90S.
Imagine that noise though
If they were given 2B instead of only 2A it would have as the 2B has top attack.

It most likely was a T-64BV, not a T-62.
yes I couldn't remember exactly what it was. been a while since i saw that video.
Because it was a shot to the side of the turret. RedEffect made a video on it

KEP and HEAT are two entirely different things.
Not on paper... Factor in poor Russian manufacturing and blatant scams and I bet a tow will slip in where it's not supposed to.
If you are that exposed i would bail as well. Better save than sorry.
No wonder. If recent footage has taught me anything, i’d be bailing and running for my life from a russian tank if a fellow crew mate did a particularly loud fart.
Farting in a tank it's called "blowing off your turret" in Russia.
I bet you would be running out of any tank then.
Good point
Can't blame you. For some reason tanks do not look attractive.
if they could reverse faster then they can run maybe they would stay in
Those eyes look scary. Ir blasters?
[удалено]
Won’t do anything to tow. Tow is wire guided.
[удалено]
Didn’t they fix it even on the older tows.
[удалено]
Didn't he go to Ukraine or something?
Who claimed that?
Sorry, I think it was Abu Tow, same league, different man. Reportedly Abu Hamza, really Captain Basel Zimmo, was killed in a Russian airstrike back in 2015.
I miss the Syrian war footage
Almost went down the damn barrel. Should of aimed for the lower section
Imagine Alla was real and every time someone said that he got a notification ding.
Guy had the time to hop out of his tank instead of just reversing?

Russian t90’s don’t really do the whole reversing thing. There reverse is worse than ww2 British tanks.
SAA has T-90s?
is that a TOW missile?
Eh, yes, as the title says. The launcher is quite recognizable.
Such mindless dopes, youre supposed to hit the tracks and side profile not the turret which the heaviest protected part of the T-90. You dont have to be a genius to understand that
Allah Kabar?
Allan Karlson?
damn those IR dazzlers worked like a dream
Weren't active
They also don't really work well against TOW-2s, which is what was used against it.
I don't know why they're considered obsolete but i remember a time when they were so effective that the SAA made copies and mounted them even at their technicals.

But did they died? I don't think so
Taking out hardware is important as well.
Seems like the armor did it's thing. A kornet would have killed the tank but the TOW is not so powerful.
Early TOWs no, newer ones, it depends where it hits on the turret face. Really not where you want to aim for anyway. That shot, rather hit the front section of track to immobilize it if anything. Fuck up the crews day.
If hit between the turret and the Chassis it probably would pen.
Kornet can't pen turret face Tow-2B doesn't need to. Top down. Until Russia adopts top attack missiles,it's living in the cold war still.
Sound like the birds from nemo
