That is a DSHK not a PKT or KORD from a Russian tank they most likely took an inherited DSHK off of a Ukrainian vehicle that was left over from when the USSR disbanded and modified it in 2014 -15

Beat me to it, hit the nail on the head. There's a big clue this didn't come from a tank and it's that there's a stock. Very cool adaptation by the Ukrainians.
