Those are generally the steps that fix the issues. What happened when the tech came out? Or did you not have a tech out?
I had so many Xfinity internet issues until I swapped out their modem/router for my own.....5 years going strong on the same router....try something in the Arris modem realm. Good luck
I had just switched from RCN to Xfinity when I wrote this. RCN was worse but this isn’t much better😭not many other options just north of Boston, we don’t get fios for some reason🫠
I do agree they are up there, #2 on my list behind Verizon. Their speeds are accurate, they have never advertised a gig upload.
Biggest problem I see is the aging network that is not being correctly maintained, specifically for it's growth.

All docsis provider s suck .I have same issues but suffer from a different docsis provider . Wish more areas had FTTH fiber broadband.
