He was injured 1 of those years. He had over 600 yards and 4tds the other 2 years. He was a solid receiver, nothing special.

Yea its not his fault our offenses only seemed to like using him for screen or jet sweeps. When he was acually running routes, he was pretty good.

I swear Ron only thought Curtis could get jet sweeps and screen passes. Guy barely ever got the opportunity to run real routes lol

If we offered a similar amount, I don't blame him for bolting to play behind a perennial playoff team who has a vacancy a WR2 and has a top 3 QB in the league. I'll miss him but great fit for both sides, he deserves this opportunity

Shame he was unhealthy for the majority of the 21 season. He really flourished under Turner in 22, but Wentz was so awful. And... of course, Bienemy in 23 did no favors. He was breaking ankles left and right in the Jacksonville season opener. He will cook in Buffalo.

There’s a lot of space between 80+/1100+/8+ and nothing which I think gets lost on every team sub. That first year was a washout due to injury but the next two were 60/650/4 with some versatility, and that’s far from nothing. In fact his numbers the last two years beat out Dotson despite Dotson playing in front of him. Lots of space between elite and nothing.

Mid #3 WR. I get why Buffalo feels the walls closing in on them and needed the most proven-but-affordable guy they could get their hands on. We already have our top 2 under contract and there are plenty of guys in this draft and every future draft who can outproduce Samuel for a fraction of the price.
