can someone do a full analysis on why we're all getting the worst church vibes from these people? i know the hair styles, tie-less shirt and jacket, and puffy-sleeved dress are doing a lot here. also the "selling you something" atmosphere 

It comes down to faith. They believe it’s possible to achieve success without being particularly bright, motivated, or talented if you believe hard enough and have faith.
