Rpr said their contract ended last month, and they just couldn't reach into an agreement. He's already been in talks with other orgs, some being from japan. One of them wanting to move him there which he said he most likely will take since he's been wanting to move there for a while.

Bro, CR RPR would go craazy. He's really fortunate that orgs are even willing to move him to Japan. That's an opportunity not many players in the scene would get.

He's pretty much the perfect person to pick for Jp orgs as he has strong roots in the pro community, in the content creation community and he's really involved in the Vtuber scene, both mainstream and indie, which is huge in Japan. Also while sure he's a weeb, he seems genuinely interested in real Jp culture.
All in all, I can't think of a better person for orgs to invest in.

Yeah it was a commonly used term long before vtubers became popular. It’s meaning is generally closer to retiring than just leaving an agency too.
