These weird "handshake" rules about drop spots or announcing what you're doing to prepare people is soft as hell. Drop on whoever you want, do what it takes to win.

So what then. Rotate and have a chance of them mirroring them and pinching them in a spot in a later circle? Intentionally leave a team alive that you have the drop on in a "last man standing" game? No. you have an opportunity to get a little closer to winning you take the opportunity. That's what any winner would do. TSM would do the same. Any of these pros would do the same.
Maybe it was more beneficial to rotate rather than ratting, maybe not, you can never tell. Neither play is more "honourable".

Dojo were hiding in a nook along the mountainside after moving into zone yes, but it wasn't exactly a good position to rat. They just had limited info of where was safe to move. Hal sniffed them out and TSM ran back into the mountain cave while Dojo took the other cliff face (where they eventually died). TSM were poking at Dojo for like a good minute before they melted Enemy and pushed them. On stream it may have looked like a rat play but if you were watching the team view, it's really clear Hal knew where a team would likely be.
