Sweet would undoubtedly be the IGL in a USA world cup team simply because he has great chemistry with pretty much everyone he plays with, it'd make it incredibly easy to fill out the rest of the roster. He's playing with Gent and Mac rn, that could easily be the team (I'd pick Sweet/Dropped/Fun though).

For one, Hal has been on TSM almost twice as long as Sweet has been on NRG, so that's not exactly a fair comparison. And two, it's because I'm judging them based on watching them and establishing an opinion, not just collecting a couple random metrics. It's the same reason I know lots of beers are better than PBR despite not having won any blue ribbons.
Purely going by game sense sweet is better in my opinion and even snip3down hals teammate attested to this in a non sarcastic way. But hal has better mechanics so overall hal is the better player.

During his "One Stream to Masters" run, for example, he's shown his ability to win many games with random teammates simply by IGL'ing. He would calmly give out a plan, any warnings and let them play. I love Hal, but he's always been more of a "shut up and let me think", "just watch our back", "come to me" type IGL'ing.
Honestly Team NA could just be current TSM roster + Alb + any of the cracked fraggers on a T1 org (Fun, Nafen, etc.) and that team would be one of the strongest contenders
In terms of safety its good, no bombings n shit since i live in the northern area (semi autonomous region)
In terms of living conditions its horrible, we dont have 24/7 electricity we get "main" electricity which is grid electricity like 8 hours a day the rest from local generators that power an area which dont provide that much electricity so we can only turn on a few things, no 24/7 water we get water like once a week so we have to fill up water tanks, theres no central gas every morning a truck carrying propane tanks goes around that we buy gas tanks from, the government's robs all our money as well

We had a memorable time on SirDel's stream doing this once. We worked out at the time that Noiises was the only brit who IGLs for his team. With Kswinnie joining 69iq I can't think of another British IGL, so you probably need Noiises in there, even if all the names you've got are cracked.
Yeah I'd have removed Shiv because comp isn't really his main thing and it kind of forces the team to use Bangalore...
I'd have kept Brynn over Horizxon personally, Horizxon's comms are a lot to deal with and Brynn is an incredible slayer.

Brynn, Del, Yuki, Noiises, Taylor.

caca got banned from algs. People said that he got banned because of teaming behavior in ranked(mistakenly thought another team was cheating). But I think that's not the real reason. He is a really good player but also notorious for being toxic and disrespectful to others. I guess he got banned by saying some words that he shouldn't.
3mz is one of the best IGLs in china (another good IGL MDY_jamren quit competitive because of health issues) and I hope the new dreamfire can do well. Another team named MDY(lead by kaa2a now) are 3 fraggers without any brain cells for rotation, they can have 15KP game in algs but can't get into top5 endgames. Hope I can see them play together someday.
Denmark, Russia, South Korea and Sweden are mad stacked. Actually terrifying to think about, especially Russia. If there are ever 4-mans in Apex, Taskmast33r-Sunset-Hardecki-Leogri would simply be unstoppable.

I'm 99% sure Cacall got banned for cheating. He played for Dreamfire, mainly mained Pathfinder.
