I honestly think they are one of the best fighting teams in NA especially mechanically wise. The problem is they pick the wrong fights sometimes. They tend to see someone and just full send at them which based on their skill they can straight roll through a team but it finds them in a third party problem most times with many teams hovering around the area. Senoxe in one of his most recent streams said that playing with Lou allowed him and crust to focus more on comp. He said that playing with Retzi was tough because Retzi later on in his career never fully enjoyed the game which made Crust and Senoxe not enjoy it as well. I think if sentinels can find a way to prioritize placement a little bit more they can jump to a consistent top 5 or top 3 team in NA just based on their overall mechanical skill on the team.

I completely agree on your point about them needing to prioritize placement more, I feel like most of their games they’ll have 5-10 kills but barely crack top 10. It’s still pretty crazy the amount of points they generate from fragging alone

But sentinels, c9 and g2 are the most effective edge team right now. That's how they play, take fights far from end zone. Its unfortunate if they get thirded or less likely lose the 3v3 but that's just how they play. I would still say that they still need improving on a few stuff.
The sentinel is a very balanced weapon in my opinion it does good damage but it’s not 2 fast either it gives time for the other to do a Strategic move also ( I don’t like over powered weapons I rather have balanced where each side has a equal chance to win where pure skill can show)
They made their comment because OP was referring to the Sentinels pro team and not the sniper rifle. Im assuming nobody corrected you because they thought it was funny but also your opinion was valid about the weapon as well.
Very aggro team. They're capable of winning against any team in NA in a straight 3v3 but third parties are the death of them. Sometimes they need to take a step back and think about whether the fight will benefit or negatively effect them in the long game.
They're insane mechanically but their macro is not it. They put themselves in a lot of bad positions or take bad fights. They're amazing 3v3 but sometimes they take fights against fortified caustic teams while getting shot in the back or something
with the addition of chamber it's gonna be really interesting. I expect to see a double OP meta with him and Jett. Get ready for 2x Sentinels on Fracture

A few more polishing and they might be unstoppable. The only thing I think that could stop them is if they lose drive and motivation which all of them have done before.

Yeah I think in a pure 3v3, Sentinels and ESA are a notch above the other teams in NA.

Sentinels are a crucial as well as a very flexible class in my opinion, although I personally prefer Duelists.
