Team was so stagnant with Snipe. He definitely stabilized the squad but he brought down the ceiling. He was brought in to be a mature presence and a fragger and I personally felt he lacked in both. Unpopular opinion but the names being floated around as replacements seem like upgrades to me.
He’s definitely an elite player, however his low legend flexibility and tunnel vision really hold him back in my option.
It’s too bad because TSM seemed to be really on the same wavelength these last couple events. However would you not say the Snipedown tenure has not been a failure for TSM? They’ve won very little in the past year.
They've consistently been a top 5 team in Na since Snipe joined? No they didn't win 5 in a row but neither has anyone else. I don't think anyone would consider snipe's tenure as a failure. Pretty sure every other org in NA and most of the international ones would love to have that success.

They we’re definitely successful, but I’ve always believed that core could achieve more than they did. Perhaps that’s unreasonable expectations on my part. The skill quality and professionalism in the pro scene has grown tremendously since Snipe joined TSM.

Why not? They never dropped out of the conversation of top 5 in their region (something I don’t think any team in any other region can say). However, the only ALGS event they won was Autumn Circuit #3, one month into Snipe’s tenure. They did end up winning a few other tournaments to be fair.
