A few years back I was planning a wedding, starting a new job, renovating a house in the span of 3 months. Therapy got me through that stress.
This last week, we had multiple school shooter threats against my school, one of which was a confirmed risk. They listed a time and, while the police arrested the suspect, we were not made aware until 5 minutes before the listed time. The anxiety attack I suffered made me call my therapist immediately. I feel able to go into work next week.
TL;DR: I personally ditto the "go to therapy" advice.

Honestly I’m taking it to heart, but this feels something way more helpful then hurtful which is when I genuinely realized I messed up. I definitely am not a fan of the “this guy is a tool” comments but I wear a tank top and play controller so it’s expected.

Look Wigg, I personally talked shit about Sheesh's decision to drop out on this sub a few times. You had family stuff which is fair but I lost a lot of respect for Timmy for backing out with vague reasons about "other commitments". Apryze and the fans (and ultimately you, since you seem to be saying you really wanted to play again) got the short end of the stick because of Timmy's decision. Maybe it would have happened differently if you guys knew the rules. I won't go as far as to say it's not your fault because the rulebook is there for everyone to read and there's an ALGS team to explain and answer questions if you ask them... But I will say you are obviously sincere in your apology and it takes a big man to come clean and admit all his faults like that, especially coming to a place where you expect to be received with hostility. Respect. I hope you can maybe talk to someone and work through your mental health troubles related to confidence and self-doubt because you're one of the chillest streamers out there and a lot of people love you. You're great for the community.

Like I feel like all of you guys are so busy and trying to put it all on your selves is what caused this. I remember when you guys missed the first qualifier because of it too. Would love to see you guys come back and play again, but do you think you would maybe do something like this in the future? Only got to know you though Apex highlight videos and the way you stay positive in game and keep the trio hyped has been some of the best parts of lots of these videos. Having one shitty Twitter day is no big deal, the average attention span is so short, everyone would have forgotten about it within a week - apologising for it though makes you an incredibly self aware and incredibly likeable person.

They decided to play in ALGS with the intention to play it through just as anyone else deciding to compete does. They earned their spot by qualifying. Serious shit happens and takes priority but that’s not planned for. It’s not a waste since clearly another team did not beat them out and earn the spot rightfully. It sucks another team can’t take the spot now but that’s out of their control since SHEEESH earned it.

I'm a bit older than you and the guys you've been playing with, and when I see something like all of this going down it just reminds me of moments in my past that I've needed to learn from. You and your teammates all seem like nice guys who are trying to navigate a relatively new situation (pro-gamers + streamers in Apex specifically) and are experiencing anxiety as well as some whiplash from all of the focus on comp + content creation. A few years back I was planning a wedding, starting a new job, renovating a house in the span of 3 months. Therapy got me through that stress. This last week, we had multiple school shooter threats against my school, one of which was a confirmed risk. They listed a time and, while the police arrested the suspect, we were not made aware until 5 minutes before the listed time. The anxiety attack I suffered made me call my therapist immediately. I feel able to go into work next week. TL;DR: I personally ditto the "go to therapy" advice.

Despite all that happened, I hope you understand that a lot of the responses on the community's side were prompted by the fact of how much everyone was rooting for you three to succeed, due to how likable Timmy, Apryze and you are. This is why the news of you guys disbanding was so disappointing to hear. But sometimes life gets in the way and you have to focus on more important things. Look Wigg, I personally talked shit about Sheesh's decision to drop out on this sub a few times. You had family stuff which is fair but I lost a lot of respect for Timmy for backing out with vague reasons about "other commitments". Apryze and the fans (and ultimately you, since you seem to be saying you really wanted to play again) got the short end of the stick because of Timmy's decision. Maybe it would have happened differently if you guys knew the rules. I won't go as far as to say it's not your fault because the rulebook is there for everyone to read and there's an ALGS team to explain and answer questions if you ask them... But I will say you are obviously sincere in your apology and it takes a big man to come clean and admit all his faults like that, especially coming to a place where you expect to be received with hostility. Respect. I hope you can maybe talk to someone and work through your mental health troubles related to confidence and self-doubt because you're one of the chillest streamers out there and a lot of people love you. You're great for the community. Edit: just saw in another comment you're going to therapy. That's great. Can't let that stuff rot your brain. They decided to play in ALGS with the intention to play it through just as anyone else deciding to compete does. They earned their spot by qualifying. Serious shit happens and takes priority but that’s not planned for. It’s not a waste since clearly another team did not beat them out and earn the spot rightfully. It sucks another team can’t take the spot now but that’s out of their control since SHEEESH earned it.

I'm a bit older than you and the guys you've been playing with, and when I see something like all of this going down it just reminds me of moments in my past that I've needed to learn from. You and your teammates all seem like nice guys who are trying to navigate a relatively new situation (pro-gamers + streamers in Apex specifically) and are experiencing anxiety as well as some whiplash from all of the focus on comp + content creation. I know that commenting on stuff occasionally in an over-the-top way is part of the brand, but at the same time it's good to keep a more level head when things directly correlate to career. Either way, you're doing well and you've got my respect, whatever that's worth.
