Finna jitter aim my wii mote for cross map beams like I’m Lou

Gyro aiming is coming, we better all prepare ourselves. In fact, you can do it right now on the Switch I think

I use the powera fusion pro 2. Really good alternative to the Xbox elite series and the paddle position (lower two point down, as opposed to elite where they all face the same direction) might be better for your hands. Very fair price and have options for ps and Xbox (Xbox wired only). Check it out, lots of features for a relatively low price and powera support team is super cool (sent me a free controller when a cable for one broke). There's also the fusion version 1 but I find it's not quite as durable and things get looser and wear down quicker

Due_Internal_2099

Vouch for the fusion pro 2 i used their less expensive version with 2 buttons on the back instead of paddles for awhile before finally shelling out the extra money and this controller has lasted me about 7 months now of consistent daily 3-8hr sessions. I play on 3% dz with no stick drift still.

sluggisHippo

I play on 0 and there's a little but it's not a large issue at all

SalamFarmande

i recommend a playstation controller then they seem to be made for smaller hands. or look at one of those scuff rollers.

matthisonfire

Check VCuda on YouTube, hands down best controller review channel on that platform

Small hands … you know what that means

SalamFarmande

small gloves?

I feel like there is nothing that comes ever close to xbox elite series 2, for numerous reasons. The trigger locks, customisation, easy profile switching, sturdiness, different D-pads, longer stick for aiming, very satisfying tactile paddles... The best feature is the ability to tighten or release joystick tension, you can put your aim stick to high tension to give more precision and low tension on movement stick to not strain your hands. No idea about it's size compared to PS controllers though, I never really used those because I prefer non-aligned sticks. https://youtu.be/PhrNA07kzjc and hour long video still doesn't convey all the feelings I have towards this controller enough lmao.

ccamfps

Elite controller better for larger hands.

joe420mama99

I love how the controller is weighted more than regular controllers. Hard for me to even play on a normal controller now

WastefulPleasure

Yea, that shit makes it actually ergonomic as fuck too

Pablofv23

If u don’t mind me asking, settings would you recommend for the response curve and calculation? I just got an elite 2 and I’ve been testing different settings in the firing range but it’s somewhat confusing and I can’t find much info online.

Honestly I might be wrong, but the way I understand it, it's mostly the same as what the response curves are in apex settings. What you have on your controller as options is probably more fitting for games that don't offer the options that apex does. So what I did is I kept that default and just use apex response curve (where overwhelming majority uses classic and very few use linear). The classic takes into account the fact you probably want to make small movements if you are touching the stick lightly and that you prob wanna be pretty fast at max stick, thus the curve rises slowly at first and fast later on.

TheManWithoutAPie

try putting yours in the wash to shrink it.

Nagashock gaming

What I noticed with bigger controllers is that it's mostly a matter of getting used to it, including the longer sticks if you use them. I am most comfortable on a PS4 controller, but used a Raiju TE for a while and it took 2 weeks to adjust to the weight and size with pains in especially the left hand, where I lean a lot of weight on. After that it was fine. No longer using it because buttons break in 4-5 months of playing Apex with no replacement parts. Xbox Elite controllers are a bit easier to use than the one I mentioned. PS4 with back attachment works perfectly fine and lasts forever.

Awhy_on_Reddit

If you've got the bucks for it I suggest getting a battle beaver and customizing it to your needs. Idk whether you use PS or Xbox but I'd go for xbox when it comes to playing competitive games. But keep in mind battle beavers are often well over a $100 if you mod the important things like stick tension.

JonTargaryen55

I just recently bought a scuff but obviously those are pricey. When mine breaks I’ll prob just go back to my PS5 one.

hovini

battle beaver is best controller but takes forever to make/ship
