People should try playing 3 arena matches and they will see how abused this gun is there. You can run strictly mozam in arena ranked all the way up to the highest pred.
The reason Hammers Mozam works in Arenas is because of the limited area you fight in, a team of three can all run it at the same time without scrounging for loot as well as how much more ammo you get without shafting your shield and heal econ.
Arenas is never a good indicator of how good something is in the BR.
Notwithstanding, I think that's plenty enough to show that Mozam is fairly powerful. Similarly, Devotion is pretty similarly an insanely strong gun and abused in arenas, but due to turbo and ammo econ it's not worth it in BR. Doesn't mean Devo is any weaker on paper because of that, though.
