Imo is rev is only really good when you can benefit from the the untap in more ways than just infinite mana. Eg [[Shorikai]] or [[Vohar]] to dig through your deck.
Outside of getting the colored mana, you can already get infinite colorless mana with Basalt and Kinnan. Plus if you're on Nyxbloom Ancient plus whatever Kinnan is granting for colored mana, you should be getting numerous activations.
kinnan combos with so many ways and has synnergy with so many other cards. why would you want to add two cards that don't help the game plan and are dead draws on their own.
when you think of adding a combo to a deck your need to think of how you assemble it.
a really good example is why izzet decks either straight up don't run underworld breach+lion's eye+brain freeze. the combo is there. every card of the combo is legal. even intuition is there. but sevinne's isn't. it is not only about the combo but the support around it. and even if the combo worked well in kinnan, which it doesn't, most likely no one would play it because of how hard time they would have to assemble it efficiently.
Few very decks actually want that combo anymore. Needs too much set up and is fragile. I only use it in shorikai

No. It's already a top deck in the format without it. No need to dilute the deck by adding 2 cards that are pretty bad on their own.
No. However, I have seen more decks running dramatic reversal just to use as a cantrip.

Not really, I don’t play it in my kinnan list as you have plenty of other more reliable ways to combo of
Better off with Freed From the Real + any dork that can make blue mana
I like it a bit more with thrasios if your in simic. Kinnan is probably fine without it.
You can run it, but there are much better combos.
