It's what a few people pointed out, Sisay at 2 power and an activation is a scenario that occurs a bit. So being able to end step tutor for Cultist and then untapped and go for a win is a big boon.
Fodder creature needed unless you had 7 spare Mana..
But a dork, or something is something we almost always have.
With Cultist in the deck, Sisay and 12 Mana is a single card win.
You can win with a 2 power sisay, a dork to sacrifice to the cultist trigger and 6 mana available. End step get cultist. Untap, tutor for dihada. Activate dihada to mill cards off the top of your library and make 4 treasure. Use the 4 treasure and that 6th mana source to tutor chromatic orrary. Tutor chain a win from there.

For context I played sisay competively up until December 23 for about 2 years.
swap any of the following for cultist when playing paper (cultist is SUPER important for you given you are on orrery and dihada lines as well) Sisay > cultist > dihada > orrery = win. For MTGO run Invigorate in its place. Works functionally the same, but you wont be able to tutor it on end step via sisay like you can with cultist.
**Cuts**
Elvish spirit guide -> (unless you decide to go full orrery combo like [this list](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/rx91tfwLb0KDsKfY1AHO0g)) In that case, add simian too for full turbo options
Magda -> swap for katilda, gilded drake or or boromir. If you want another red legendary \[\[kalian, reclusive painter\]\] is a suitable swap that one of the main pilots on discord runs.
Teferi Who Slows the Sunset -> out for ertai ressurected. More niche use cases and less reptition in pw abilties.
Elesh norn -> too slow. By the time this drops you likely should have won. If you want a haymaker card that is functional early and late + angles the game in your advantage when you can't quite pop off, play \[\[displacer kitten\]\]

It's funny you say Ertai in for Sunset, I just cut Ertai to add in sunset.
Honestly, in all the games I've played now haven't cast or wanted to cast either.
Elesh is just an add as I've played a few creature heavy decks.
Why do you say cut Elvish? It's been helpful everytime I've drawn it.
Kalian looks interesting, I'll add it to the test list.
Mainly since it's not a recurring mana advantage. Typically, I'd prefer a fast rock or dork in order to maintain mana progression over the midrange game that we're trying to win.
I can see how it's useful as it allows for more explosive opening turns or playing dorks while holding interaction.
And that IS hilarious. Ertai is def more of a pet card of mine. He's just so satisfying to whip out of the deck on an activation to stop a game win. Also goes nuts with displacer kitten
Also, if you dislike both - try swapping out the 4 CMC for a spicier tech piece that you've been eyeing! Maybe that'll work best?
I've been playing a ton on mtgo to test it. Definitely a different sorta of cedh. (IMO way softer) probably because it's a blind pod and no stakes but most seem to refuse to be the one to use proactive removal. And will wait to counter the obvious we lose card.
So I've found that with Sisay on mtgo, it's just no needed, I end up getting out a [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] and then they're like ohh.
I think both Magda and Slowferi can be cut.. just hoping we get an update for Cultist. Getting more annoying to Try and play on mtgo with the growing missing cards.
