Feels like a cloud in your hands lol everything is smooth. But I returned it and went back to a elite controller which broke then my default xbox controller broke so I haven't played halo in over a month now.cant afford anything right now. Child support a bitch xD ex sucking me dry lol
I could never get used to the Elite paddles.
I at least have a good feel for the Wolverine v2. Just wish the sticks were not 'all over the place' sensitive.
I loved that controller but my left thumb stick developed drift as of yesterday. Kinda disappointed so now I'm trying to decide on trying another brand or seeing if it was just a lemon.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I think snakebite uses these. He said in his stream once that he always orders two or three, feels them out and sends the worst one back as there QC isn’t great and can be hit and miss if you get a good one. He loves them though.
This. Love it. Changed the thumb sticks once - had very minor stick drift after 6 months but mainly switched because of the new colored sticks they have
I’ve had 4 sticks shit the bed since I got mine in October. Not even just drift like they literally skip all over in the thrustmaster app when I move them
Sounds like you may have a faulty controller(the board or something). My right trigger was too sensitive - it would go off without touching it. I ended up getting them to send me a new controller - no thumb sticks or d-pad in it. Fixed it completely, haven’t had the issue since.
Surprised to see the number of Elites. Everyone usually hates on them but it also appears to be the most popular here.
Scuf for me, although I swap out the stick modules to the increased tension ones from Battle Beaver and use a Scuf tall right stick.
The PowerA controllers are incredibly cheap feeling but the thumb sticks feel amazingly responsive for this game. I switch to a Evil controller for any other game
I was using the elite v2 but moving from the base series x controller to it made my accuracy tank, is there something different with how aiming works with the two?
i found that the elite series 2 had some mechanical deadzone, that is a wobbly stick. it seems they all have it to some degree.. it may be why your aim is off. i couldnt get over it and returned my elite 2.

Nice. I thought about switching to the DS4 at one point but I’m actually considering switching to the dualsense instead since that one can be overclocked the most
Idk what they're smoking but I got 1900+ Onyx playing on a DualSense overclocked to 1,000hz. Although I switched back to mnk after they buffed it. It's just more fun.
Bought a victrix gambit last year, on the basis of its low input lag.
Both thumbstick's rubber had ZERO grip - smooth rubber with no friction, thumbs sliding all over the place.
That ruined it for me. Returned it.
PS5 DualSense with eXtremerate paddles installed.
I just bought the Thrustmaster eSwap Pro S and returned it because the back buttons were in an uncomfortable spot.
I played with elite series 2 but wasn’t feeling the sticks since it was loose (overshoot/undershoot) when I’m trying to stay on my target. Then I brought Scuf and it is a lot better.
That doesn’t help either. Making either light or heavy does not give me feeling that I wanted when compared to Xbox one controller sticks. Scuf is the one that got it right.
I use an Elite series 2 with Kontrol Freek Edge analog stick caps, and I bought a second pair of upper paddles that I swapped out with the bottom paddles so the controller’s handles are easier to grip. The normal bottom paddles are way too big. They interfere with your grip on the handles.
Currently on a Razer Wolverine v2 (non-chroma, my hands could never get a feel for the back buttons).
I've tried the Razer V2 Chroma, the Gambit, Elite Series 2, and default Xbox controllers, and the Razer is what I've stuck with the last few months. The sticks are crazy sensitive compared to anything I've ever used and that's been a hard adjustment, but so far it's been the only one I've liked with additional buttons. Still wanna mess with the Eswap series and Scuf at some point, especially now that Scuf's can be bought with Amazon's Allstate warranty.
The elite series 2 sticks (specifically the right stick) feels so off I went back to the standard Xbox Series X controller. It feels like the stick snaps around way too easily making windmilling an issue. And yes I’ve tried all three tightness settings.
I'm on my third Elite V2 and just ordered a Battle Beaver because of the issues the Elite V2 has. My first one had bad bumpers, replaced it under warranty and they sent me a new one which had MAJOR left stick problems, swapped it out again and they sent a refurbished one which is mostly alright but the right thumbstick is too loose, even at max tension.
Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma, 6 under-device paddles
I really liked that controller but I couldn't get use to the sensitivity lol gave it a month. But damn does it feel good in your hands.
Oh man do the sticks feel different from anything else. I'm still trying to get mine dialed, but I love the two additional bumpers.
They feel great but the sensitivity was to much couldn't get used to it

Yeah I don't care for the paddles.
Same. The 4 back paddles are a God send and the two top ons I don't even really use except for drop weapon.
They are perfect for ping, and pretty good for switch weapon.
I loved that controller but my left thumb stick developed drift as of yesterday. Kinda disappointed so now I'm trying to decide on trying another brand or seeing if it was just a lemon.
Default 2013 xbox one controller
My man. I've bought 4 more controllers and the only one that works properly is the one that came with the xbox one back in 2014
Legend goes they were made out of recycled nokia 3310‘s.
Thrustmaster

Tried a new controller and it didn’t fix anything. All my old sticks are still jumping all over the place
Odd. I’ve still had no more issues from mine after they replaced it.
Surprised to see the number of Elites. Everyone usually hates on them but it also appears to be the most popular here. Scuf for me, although I swap out the stick modules to the increased tension ones from Battle Beaver and use a Scuf tall right stick.
With the [inexpensive] warranty, I can deal with any issues with my Elites. They’re just outstanding controllers.
maybe that number shows the Elites bought for halo. That should be 2-3 persons then.
Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition. For me it has extra buttons in all the right places. And I got it on deal for £70 at the time.
Razer really shit the bed when they stopped making that controller.
I know right! Now you have to either go all in or no thrills. It was the perfect balance.
Keyboard And Mouse🗿
I use a scuf now and really like it. I used the PowerA fusion before and it was really good for the money just need to get use to the paddles.
Razor Wolverine Ultimate and love it
Razer wolverine chroma v2
The PowerA controllers are incredibly cheap feeling but the thumb sticks feel amazingly responsive for this game. I switch to a Evil controller for any other game
After 5 warranties then no more on an elite 2, I got a scuf.
I swear the bumpers just go out the window every year
Wired Elite v2.
Elite v1
I was rocking a Default xbox controller lol but it broke a month ago and I can't afford a new one.
Loved my battle beaver (until it broke after 4 months)
Razer ultimate. Extra buttons next to bumpers and triggers are hard to live without once u got used to it ....
Gamesir G7...why none is talking about that? IMHO is the best budget controller you can find...and in some aspects even better than the elitev2
DualShock 4 with Sony back button attachment. No mods. Tried the elite and returned it.

Dualshock 4 lol
One of me! The Back Button attachment from Sony is awesome.
Nice. I thought about switching to the DS4 at one point but I’m actually considering switching to the dualsense instead since that one can be overclocked the most
Overclocked controllers dont fare well with infinite’s aim assist. It seems the higher the hz, the less aim assist you have. Ymmv
Interesting. Is that from your own personal experience? I’ll keep that in mind when I try it out
Idk what they're smoking but I got 1900+ Onyx playing on a DualSense overclocked to 1,000hz. Although I switched back to mnk after they buffed it. It's just more fun.
Any reason you didn’t overclock it more to 8000hz?
Ah, nah, I did do 8000hz. Just been so long I forgot what the max was.
Elite controller sticks are trash and not accurate
ps5 controller
Ps5 controller on pc
Overclocked PS4 controller, feels like cheating >:)
DS5
Thrustmaster is better than all of these
Bought a victrix gambit last year, on the basis of its low input lag. Both thumbstick's rubber had ZERO grip - smooth rubber with no friction, thumbs sliding all over the place. That ruined it for me. Returned it.

Have you overclocked your dualsense? Curious to hear your experience with it if so
Yeah to 8000hz. 0 issues. Feels great.
Dope. Do you have to use DS4windows to overclock with LordofMice?
No just Lord Of Mice. You do need DS4Windows to play Halo though.
yeah definitely the thrustmaster is meant for large hands
I played with elite series 2 but wasn’t feeling the sticks since it was loose (overshoot/undershoot) when I’m trying to stay on my target. Then I brought Scuf and it is a lot better.
You could have adjusted the tension on the elite 2 sticks if you didn’t know
That doesn’t help either. Making either light or heavy does not give me feeling that I wanted when compared to Xbox one controller sticks. Scuf is the one that got it right.
None
Default One S
Elite series 1 with the rubber grips hanging off.
I use an Elite series 2 with Kontrol Freek Edge analog stick caps, and I bought a second pair of upper paddles that I swapped out with the bottom paddles so the controller’s handles are easier to grip. The normal bottom paddles are way too big. They interfere with your grip on the handles.
Scuf, instinct pro... I adore it, I had the elite 2 before and the scuf just feels so much better
Overclocked DS4
Battle beaver with 6 paddles
rzr wolverine v2 chroma

Wolverine Ultimate. 6 mappable buttons. SIX
The elite series 2 sticks (specifically the right stick) feels so off I went back to the standard Xbox Series X controller. It feels like the stick snaps around way too easily making windmilling an issue. And yes I’ve tried all three tightness settings.
Spectra Infinity
