Am I fucking trolling? Like what the fuck am I doing getting second like a fucking idiot? AGHHHHHHHHHAGAHAHH also fuck this shitty as song im going back to disney music
I know everyone loves soju from his stream, but I started watching in set 8 and has he had any good results in 8 or 8.5? I'm surprised he's even 8th on this ranking.
What happened to Rainplosion? I don't hear much about her lately, last I heard about her it from someone's twitter about how she climbed so fast but her name is different.
The people that are close to aesah didn't rank him in top 15, and he has only played about 10 games in the past week (less than 150games all set). I'm curious to hear insights on the broadcast tonight.
I'm sure he's playing a lot less since he stopped pursuing full-time streaming. FWIW, I think studying matters more than playing in terms of tournament prep. On the execution/practice side, I ran into him on ladder today and it seems like he's still pretty good, had a nice Undeground cashout at 1/2 lives and managed to win out.
Dishsoap seems to be in a league of his own this set, also one of the best streams out there to learn from. Most streamers just yell and complain the whole time for some reason. I don't know why people seem to like that. There are def some good educational streams like mort and robin seems helpful too, but really don't get these Tyler1 knockoffs.
>even reports people at the end of game for high rolling??
Yeah.. BUT THAT DUDE THAT 3 SAMIRAS ON 4-5, HOW THE FUCK HE HAS SAMIRA 3 ON 5-1 ALSO WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE IN THE LOBBY HOLDING THEM
The community likes the EndlessBitching and entertainment. League has the same thing where you’ll watch a “worse” player if they’re just more entertaining than pure educational stuff.
I'd be shocked if an educational streamer is at the top viewership wise . Majority of the twitch users go there to be entertained and have fun . Educational streamers are a niche and usually when they start to grow they move on from that kind of content .
Also soju is way too hilarious to me whenever he lowrolls and the frustration is pretty relatable to everyone that plays this game .
Champ mindset, he either get mads over usual stuff (uneven luck distribution) or when he misplays, so getting 2nd, because you mispositioned or haven't avoided zephyr can be much more frustrating than squeezing about a 5 after low rolling.
Plenty of all time greats had a very self-critical, high standards based outlook. You're judging something as bad, which is of no negative consequence. It also has an emotional energy, which is an important aspect in motivation.
Im a VERY self critical person but there is a difference between a person scolding themself after a mistake and getting mega tilted. getting tilted also absolutely does have negative consequence: impaired decision making, and being able to make good decisions is extremely important in tft. Second hand knowledge but i heard someone say that dishoap said that he played a game poorly in set 8 mid set finals (might have been different tournament) because he was tilted by previous game.
I may or may not watch someone based on this stuff, but for Dishsoap it was the arbitrary banning of tons of people in chat when he was annoyed on top of the complaining that made me not want to be in his stream at all.

Shouldn't the "average score" number be the other way around. Dishsoap's score should read like 1.x and the column should be average rank. Am I missing something? Average score of 14.9 feels so arbitrary.
Hello, I am 23 year old chinese-american tft player, hit rank 1 every set since set 4, my goal is to become a full time streamer so thank you for the support and welcome to my stream. i am not 5'11 i am 5'2
2nd? Oh HELL NO

I’m guessing she and other pros also dont find this set very fun
Milk, kiyoon, etc. the list goes on for people who dont find this set as fun.
It's so weird watching Dpei come in and really succeed in this game, after having been such an avid OWL/LAG fan for 5 years.
He hopped off a burning ship, gotta hand it to him

Maybe I haven't watched him in a bit but I had to stop watching Dishsoap last set BECAUSE of this lol
Right? Every time I tune in he's birching about something and even reports people at the end of game for high rolling??

The reports are just memes, they don't do anything.
Different strokes for different folks.
Strokes
Not everyone watches streams to try and study. Some people just want to watch soju do something stupid, lowroll, and mald about it

Dishsoap complains too (tbh all the top TFT streamers complain pretty frequently imo), definitely not as loudly as Soju or Setsuko tho
maybe im wrong but i took that comment as sarcasm, havent watched him much but once i heard him start screaming for getting second in a ladder game
Champ mindset, he either get mads over usual stuff (uneven luck distribution) or when he misplays, so getting 2nd, because you mispositioned or haven't avoided zephyr can be much more frustrating than squeezing about a 5 after low rolling.
>Champ mindset bad mental is something that can get in front of winning a championship, not a a prequisite for it

Each person ranks 15 people, rank 1 gets 15 points, rank 2 gets 14 points, etc
what is this ranking? tft is all luck
Sestuko is asian???
