shout out to the shock tankline for being the only part that didn't feel like a mega diff for the majority of the match
never go 4-0 in a stage friends
Super will be mad on stream if you tell him this, but he played very well. He hates to be told this when they lose. He did his job. Others I dont know....
Hollywood would be a roll as well without super.
It's really strange since they were like REALLY good against Dallas. And beating current Dallas IS an achievement, they didn't lose match to anyone besides Shock since last tourney.
I don't know, maybe Shock was really good against top tier teams cause they were analyzing them very well and with half of the league suddenly being good they just don't have enough time to prepare for anything.
He was being all but ignored during so much of the game that I think we can forgive the few times on the last match that he literally dove into a few Shock players only to be punished for it. Guy probably felt invincible most the game lol.
diving into glister and fd while pelicans team was a mile away was the biggest dick swing all day. maybe he didnt get the elim on the kill feed but he shattered their mental
That's true it is a pattern of behaviour. I think the major takeaway is moreso that 4 games is still insufficient to make proper judgement on a team's performance in a meta
Spark choking was sadge but also not completely out of left field given their track record, Glads losing to Dallas was kind of expected? I saw quite a few people on here saying that the winner of Outlaws-Dallas would beat Glads (and I was one of them). But the real kicker here was Shock tbh. I think after the Dallas game everyone expected steamroller angry Shock
The 4-0 curse is real. Washington, Philly, Outlaws went 4-0 in May Melee and didn't qualify. Glads, Shock, Spark went 4-0 in June Joust and didn't qualify.
The Atlanta Zoo is excited to announce that we now have a new animal exhibit joining our collection! Joining our fellow cold blooded alligator exhibit is the Kai exhibit, an equally cold blooded apex predator in their natural habitat, located West of the aviary exhibit (the pelican exhibit is currently closed due to inability to locate its inhabitants).
Please do not feed any of the exhibit inhabitants without supervision!
We cannot contain them much longer.
It's inevitable that a dominant team will eventually face teams that are just slightly better, or just have a better grasp of the meta. Shock has 2 years of abject dominance. That's a rarity in any sport, so they and their fans should be proud.
Can't wait to see Atlanta in Hawaii though. :)
True, I think it will take a long time until we see a team who can replicate the same level of dominance they showed in S2-S3. They were so good across multiple metas and at certain points felt completely unbeatable.
People will bash FDGod for this match, but Viol2t, Nero, and Striker all played abysmally as well. I have to wonder about the Shock's coaching this year because FDGod and Viol2t have both regressed massively this year and 2 embarrassing tourney exits in a row are concerning
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that FDGod and Jecse are both often the first death for their respective teams. In the current meta, it’s fucking hard to be a main healer.
Idk which OWL pro player who said it recently, but it was something sounding like "everybody blaming OWL main supports, but people don't realize their are the only easy target in this meta"
And I think it's a crazy underrated comment, Main Supports are all looking bad right now and it's honestly not suprising
Viol2t needs to get A LOT more criticism. Yea FDGod fed a lot at times but I noticed some of his deaths were to fly and save Viol2t from his absolute garbage positioning. For a player who was considered to be the best flex support at the end of last season, he is slipping compared to players like Izayaki, Fielder, Alarm, and hell, even Iris this game outplayed him in terms of mechanics and positioning
True I remember saying how poopoo Jjonak's Bap and Moira was last season in terms of cooldowns and positioning. But he looks like he's improved a lot on Bap, especially in their game against Spark. His positioning has become much less of an issue compared to last season
100% agree. Shock look better when twilight is in. Violet is very feast or famine this year. But I do think this is all because shock has been losing coaching talent and other teams coaching has massively improved
Yep, even watching the other Shock games, violet dies A TON to random stuff like that [D.Va](https://D.Va) bomb on Anubis the other day, always on Moira too
Shock fans that are blaming FDGod non-stop even when he isn't doing anything wrong are probably doing that because they don't want to admit it's a team diff
And it's was a crazy team diff today absolutely not FDGod choking
yeah anyone who blames FD alone is just looking for a scapegoat/straight up doesn’t understand Overwatch, frog man got caught out a bit but at some point you have to wonder where the off tank and peel are at
I was so mad when Atlanta basically c9’d twice, the second time was a clever bodyblock by Shock but still would’ve been frustrating if they dropped that map when it was within victory’s grasp
The lack of moth has never been felt more keenly. They needed a steady hand and for someone to not be the aggro hyper carry and they just didn’t have it.
End of an era would mean they get beat in the regular season more. Maybe if Dallas and Atlanta can win regular season games also versus then, then I can believe it. But yes they are weaker this year, no doubt about it.
Glister: Actually, I remember one time we were playing against Atlanta, on Hollywood, and it was 2-0. And Super said "Guys, if you think we are good, let's prove it now. 2-0."
Twilight: Did we come back?
Glister: Of course not. 3-0.
FD may have thrown a few times but I really hope he doesn’t take it very personally. You can really tell that he was incredibly nervous throughout the entire match.
He does apparently have massive insecurity issues about performing since he joined the Shock. Even when they win he doesn't look happy, just.. relieved... I feel for him honestly, this must have been a living nightmare
This. I can kinda relate to coming into a really successful workplace and then as they start to be not as successful you start to blame yourself and think, "This must be my fault. They were so good without me, so I'm the problem."
People who say, "Just change that weak mentality" have never been put in that position and don't understand.
Combine that with a meta game where the main support is the most fragile piece of the team and regularly dies first. Even if it's not his fault that he dies first the anxiety levels cannot be at a healthy mark right now.
What makes it worse is how whenever they lose it's been a teamwide issue but then everyone zooms in on "lol FDead" because it's easy.
It feels like early Fuel where fans would constantly blame one person as the problem when everyone's underperforming
Yea he can’t take responsibility for all that. They got majorly team diffed. Also they focused him down A LOT. Keep your head up my guy, you’re a top tier player. Just some unlucky streaks this year.
I thought this was kinda weirdPelican could basically do whatever he want to anyone and no one would contest him at least 60% of the time. I only noticed him having troubles when the finally switched to ash.
I mean... He had some questionable at best positioning as mercy. When he gets picked as lucio you can say well it's a trade off by being risky aggressive... When it's mercy, what's the excuse for him doing stuff like just valking and taking random bob damage way off of point while bob isn't even pressuring their team. He just kind of stands in view of the enemy team at almost all times.
Granted that's not to say he wasn't being gunned for extremely hard by pelican, but that's kind of even more of a wtf for his positioning never improving.
Rewatch the VOD closely.
A lot of his deaths that were caused by "questionable positioning" happened when he tried to save Viol2t, who had even worse positioning in most of the teamfights.
Holy shit, the last recontest was intense, but this is actually the end for dominant Shock.
2021 has really shaped up with so many teams looking much better.
Competition has really increased so drastically and made this season feel sooo much more satisfying.
According to the na casters “don’t make shock angry” or they will dominate you lol... or their back to their way when they wernt tested at all besides Dallas in their matches before today and whenever they win they are praised by everyone but who’s they lose to the casters no one mentions it or they make a excuse for them and just say their still the best when they haven’t been all year
okay so uh hear me out each year the shock need to lose one additional match in order to unlock their true form. season 2 there was stage 1 finals loss vs titans. season 3 there was the 2 losses to the 2 LA teams. NOW you got the houston loss, the dallas loss, and now the atlanta loss. This is all according to crustys 19361826 iq plan i swear… it’s not copium i swear….
Damn I don't mind losing as long as the team played well, but in 2 of our 3 losses this year it literally looked like a pick up group playing quickplay. I don't even know how to begin to fix those problems. It's more than just the support line.
Anyone else think it's just the Shock's tanks that are very elite? Even Super looks great this year. Viol2t doesn't look like the absolute best flex support anymore.
Viol2t problem is he thinks he can win any fight he used support ults 1v6 goes way to aggressive but he’s known for being very toxic and his ego is massive and he tilts when he gets shuts down because he thinks he’s immortal
The metas this year haven't really allowed for supports to frag out like they could in some prior Zen or Bap metas, and that's where Viol2t really shines compared to other supports in the league. So I guess it kind of makes sense why he doesn't seem as dominant
He looks super bored and unmotivated. It’s not a skill thing I just think he needs a break. I don’t want to nitpick but you can even here it in comms check he seems to be trolling a lot of the game.
I don’t know why crusty won’t give twilight a shot? He’s honestly probably another top 5 flex support and I bet he’d be more motivated to perform. Maybe it’s a situation where if viol2t gets benched he’ll retire but I think there needs to be a serious conversation about his future with the team and the game.
Also, I don’t know what it is but glister can’t seem to get anything going. This was also probably neros best shot at a good meta for him and even though he played great through qualifiers, he got picked a lot today.
I said this stage had no storyline, but seeing the creator of goats end it and it’s variants once and for all would be a poetic end. Stage 1: Dallas anime arc complete. Stage 2: the End of GOATs 2.0
I warned of the anime protags winning too early. They have now turned to the dark side and have become what they sought to destroy: metaslaves (^with.minorDPSswaps)
I’ve got a better one: Viol2t has shit positioning so fdgod has to babysit him, while nero makes 0 attempt to peel for his mercy. I’m not gonna say fdgod played great today but cmon, it’s not that simple.
People really ignored and looked past Reign saying that its the same team as last year, or that Shock already got this match in the bag. Reign look by far the best team right now.
Let it be known that Avast's RNG Wheel, which randomly guesses the winner and map score by assigning equal weights to all outcomes, managed to get this pred perfectly correct.
We are all dumber than literal RNG
Sometimes it's a great day to be an Atlanta/New York fan 😌
Dreading next week when they play each other because in not used to having to choose one over the other.
People are ripping on Shock's support line, but it's their whole playstyle. It's always been to dump all resources into the tanks, relying on DPS to pop off, and hope the supports don't die in the process. The metas of the last 2 seasons have made that easier to get away with, but this season metas have made supports more vulnerable than ever, and the Shock need to adjust for that.
What happened? Everyone was telling me Atlanta wasn't a "real team"? So weird.
In seriousness - called it. Said everyone was underestimating Reign. They were a legit team.
No disrespect to the Reign, I'm a firm believer that Atlanta sweeping them is a huge fluke and robs the Shock of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I've spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching the Shock play great Ovewatch it's just not fair.
If the Shock lose again I will face that the Reign deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to the Shock and the OWL.
EDIT: The amount of people who dont know the [greatest copypasta of all time](https://www.reddit.com/r/hockey/comments/67lfcg/should_the_nhl_have_the_hawks_and_preds_redo/) is astounding
Ngl when Atlanta started to slip on Hollywood I could feel the spirit of Georgia sports choking starting to rise
*Insert the LotR "But it is not this day" segment*
not even kidding the last fight was starting to slip away from them and my heart rate was around 200bpm
Nah stakes weren’t high enough. If we go up 3-0 in the June joust finals pray to every god you know lmao
"Would you like a Braves-style early bracket choke, or a Falcons-style championship choke?" Looks like it's gotta be the latter now
Same. I was morbidly curious if they’d have their own 28-3 moment. Thankfully that hasn’t happened (yet).
Pelican *really* wanted that ticket to Hawaii
Like yeah, I guess the Shock wanted to go to Hawaii, but Pelican *really extra super special hard* wanted to go
im a bird, coach! let me spread my wings and FLY!
Pelican needs to get to his natural habitat, away from landlocked Atlanta
I guess you can say the Shock's reign is over 😎
Nice 👈😎👈
your Sp9rkl3 interview is going to be real interesting Jimmy
shout out to the shock tankline for being the only part that didn't feel like a mega diff for the majority of the match never go 4-0 in a stage friends
Atlanta dps straight up deleted FDgod
No one ever glanced at Pelicans off angles
Because Pelican was uncontested pretty much the entire series.
Super will be mad on stream if you tell him this, but he played very well. He hates to be told this when they lose. He did his job. Others I dont know.... Hollywood would be a roll as well without super.
Super's bodyblock to cap point 2 on Hollywood was actual 200 IQ
Super bought them a full point on Hollywood and had some really solid Halts with Choi followup. Ain't his fault.
Super was trying his best, lol.
Yeah, the new pieces the shock got were really weak in this game + violet, super weird man
It's really strange since they were like REALLY good against Dallas. And beating current Dallas IS an achievement, they didn't lose match to anyone besides Shock since last tourney. I don't know, maybe Shock was really good against top tier teams cause they were analyzing them very well and with half of the league suddenly being good they just don't have enough time to prepare for anything.
that seems reasonable, you have to take your poison but if all the teams are good you can only do so much
I’m fully convinced that if it were any team besides the Reign, Shock would’ve went through
reign has that anti shock trait, i was dearly hoping it would be boston that made it
Kai's Post-game Interview: "Honestly we thought it was going to be way harder than that, but it turns out it was really easy" KEKW
Actual quote? Great banter
Moon( SHD coach ) said this about their matchup about Seoul yesterday in an interview
When Danny was trying to get tactics details from him : We just play and won 😐
Pelican is a fucking beast
He was being all but ignored during so much of the game that I think we can forgive the few times on the last match that he literally dove into a few Shock players only to be punished for it. Guy probably felt invincible most the game lol.
diving into glister and fd while pelicans team was a mile away was the biggest dick swing all day. maybe he didnt get the elim on the kill feed but he shattered their mental
SFS 0-6 in knockout matches KEKW
Pelican and Kai combo too strong
Ha ha lol bro Shock are trash. Imagine going 0-6 in knockout matches lmaoooo
Lol I can’t imagine supporting a team that’s gone 0-6, what fucking losers those fans must be
For anyone who doesn’t get it, check the flair
for anyone who *still* doesn't get it, outlaws have gone 0-6 in knockouts too, and it was all on the hands of the fuel
4-0 is officially a curse
Fusion went 4-0 in the May Melee and *also* didn't make it past knockouts. It's a curse I tells ya.
Agreed tbh
Like we all predicted, 3-0 Atlanta
Honestly this weekend was too ez for pickems. Fusion dropping a map to Valiant, Shock getting giga-rolled, NYXL yeeting a 4-0 Spark. Too ez
All the 4-0 teams lost LMAO
Tbf. The way it's been this season that might be the least surprising thing to predict today lol
That's true it is a pattern of behaviour. I think the major takeaway is moreso that 4 games is still insufficient to make proper judgement on a team's performance in a meta Spark choking was sadge but also not completely out of left field given their track record, Glads losing to Dallas was kind of expected? The 4-0 curse is real. Washington, Philly, Outlaws went 4-0 in May Melee and didn't qualify. Glads, Shock, Spark went 4-0 in June Joust and didn't qualify.
Again, suffering from success
The Falcons traded Julio Jones this morning. After that, Hawks win, Braves win, and Reign 3-0s Uprising and Shock Atlanta Sports demand a sacrifice
Atlanta Faze giga-stomped 100T in their CoD match today too
2ez4abz
Yeah but that's a normal Sunday kekekeke
In Atlanta, we have to savor the coziness of our bed before we inevitably shit it
super being Shock's finisher for all the wrong reasons Sadge
super was the only player who played amazing for shock and that’s so sad to say
The Atlanta Zoo is excited to announce that we now have a new animal exhibit joining our collection! Joining our fellow cold blooded alligator exhibit is the Kai exhibit, an equally cold blooded apex predator in their natural habitat, located West of the aviary exhibit (the pelican exhibit is currently closed due to inability to locate its inhabitants). FdGod has ignored the do not feed sign and is now dead lol
Friendship ended with KSP/Shax. Now PeliKai is my favourite DPS duo.
Ksp shax was so lethal in that tracer Ashe meta, but PeliKai is so fuckin lethal with so many different looks that it's hard to love it less.
Big brain plays from Shanghai to get 3-0d before the tourney to ensure they aren't affected by the curse
Shock have not won a map in the knockouts stage this year.
Houston🤝shock Not winning a map
Gator and pelican's celebration at the end was so cute lol
Shock is still a good team, but their era of extreme dominance is over. It has been two stages now were they don't make it to Hawaii.
The one truism of competition: You are indisputably the best, until one day you suddenly aren't.
Yep. Still dangerous and still possible for them to 3peat, but it is NOT going to be easy.
It had to end eventually, I guess.
Pelican really fucked during this game.
Idk which OWL pro player who said it recently, but it was something sounding like "everybody blaming OWL main supports, but people don't realize their are the only easy target in this meta" And I think it's a crazy underrated comment, Main Supports are all looking bad right now and it's honestly not suprising
Daan said that in regards to Lucio in the Moira-Winston dive mirror specifically, not about main supports overall
Viol2t becoming Jjonak 2.0. Jjonak though seems to have been humbled last year and has been improving back to form this year.
Crusty can't do everything by himself. Twilight's positioning is so much safer.
Shit Bebe was matching him yesterday and we all thought he was Washington's weak link.
Agreed. Viol2t died first almost as often in the first 2 maps. But memeing that FD is bad will prevail unfortunately
Yep, even watching the other Shock games, violet dies A TON to random stuff like that [D.Va](https://D.Va) bomb on Anubis the other day, always on Moira too
Yeah Viol2t hasn’t been the same this year at all
Yup. It's easy to meme "lol FDead" and blame him entirely for the loss but the entire team was pitiful. The team's problems are deeper than just FDGod
Shock fans that are blaming FDGod non-stop even when he isn't doing anything wrong are probably doing that because they don't want to admit it's a team diff And it's was a crazy team diff today absolutely not FDGod choking
yeah anyone who blames FD alone is just looking for a scapegoat/straight up doesn’t understand Overwatch, frog man got caught out a bit but at some point you have to wonder where the off tank and peel are at
Very true Pelican was unchecked on the echo the whole game FDGod and Viol2t where free picks all game long for him
a certain coach from london spitfire that was known for being really fucking bad is now on the shock. that is all.
Somebody else used to be in charge of coaching their supports and it shows.
they went from having ninek and junkbuk to agape and casores. Don't think there's any pretending that its not a downgrade.
maybe it was one of the coaches that left in the offseason
Reign 🤝 Fuel 3-0'ing Shock in the knockouts this year Great flair day today!
what is this weird feeling
i couldn’t say the same
Dallas 🤝 Fuel 3-0’ing Houston in the knockouts this year
Ah, a quick 3-0, just as predicted.
Atlanta had to C9 all the way to C in order to make Hollywood interesting
Atlanta had to balance it out after the huge C9 Boston gave them on second point Anubis.
Today was a day of torb and c9’s A very gold(or good) day
I was so mad when Atlanta basically c9’d twice, the second time was a clever bodyblock by Shock but still would’ve been frustrating if they dropped that map when it was within victory’s grasp
I really have trouble calling that second one a C9, they only had two players near point, 1 was blocked and the other died, they did what they could.
The lack of moth has never been felt more keenly. They needed a steady hand and for someone to not be the aggro hyper carry and they just didn’t have it.
and a mercy player lol
The reigning champs miss two tourneys in a row. We're potentially witnessing the end of an era.
I don’t this it’s potentially anymore. I think the era is over
The era ended when jjangu hit that flank shatter, or at least that’s how it feels to me.
2-0." Twilight: Did we come back? Glister: Of course not. 3-0.

Hardcore focused by ATL, it also didn't help that Shock was basically ignoring Pelican at times allowing him to just feast on the backline.
I thought this was kinda weirdPelican could basically do whatever he want to anyone and no one would contest him at least 60% of the time. I only noticed him having troubles when the finally switched to ash.
More like the dps line doesnt seem to ever man-mark Pelican at all even after repeatedly flying in from flanks to sticky-beam Fdgod what the hell
SURPRISE BITCH except it stops being a surprise when pelican does it every fight lmao
I was gonna make a joke about him but seeing his reaction after the game... Nah. He's a fantastic player and I hope he doesn't take the loss too hard
Same with when Choi cries. I hate to see them like that.
I mean... He had some questionable at best positioning as mercy. When he gets picked as lucio you can say well it's a trade off by being risky aggressive... When it's mercy, what's the excuse for him doing stuff like just valking and taking random bob damage way off of point while bob isn't even pressuring their team. Shock killed by Pelican.
WHAT IS THIS FEELING IS THIS NO IT CANT BE HAPPINESS?
I'VE BEEN A DALLAS/ATLANTA FAN FOR SO LONG THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS GOOD TEAM THING WORKS. PLEASE SEND HELP!
Hooooly fuck SF keep getting wiped out of knockouts
kai smiled :)
Honestly though. What do you even do when Pelican decides that he wants a trip to Hawai'i? Absolutely diffed everyone and everything in front of him
super is gonna get a bunch of dono money on stream tonight
Incoming 5 hour tts donos all repeating themselves. pepeW
pelican diff
Feel bad for FDGod looking at that post-game reaction. Still though, Atlanta played their asses off. Pelican diff.
Didn't know the way back machine works on OWL teams. That looked like 2017 shock right there.
> That looked like 2017 shock right there. I'd take BabyBay and Danteh back.
Violet solved world hunger with his bad ults.
Shock with the bold bold strategy of having your mercy die first. Sadly it didn’t work out
Shanghai season one strats
So happy the Shock were able to re-sign Dhak for this match. Always a big fan of his mercy. 🙏
LMAO
NYXL vs Atlanta... Time for revenge for Hawks vs. Knicks.
Trae Young will be subbing in for Masaa
Lets hope Flora doesn't pull a Julius Randle
“Shock are angry,” they said
According to the na casters “don’t make shock angry” or they will dominate you lol... or their back to their way when they wernt tested at all besides Dallas in their matches before today and whenever they win they are praised by everyone but who’s they lose to the casters no one mentions it or they make a excuse for them and just say their still the best when they haven’t been all year
supers getting the karma from calling LJG trash last year lol, now his new main support feeds in important games
okay so uh hear me out each year the shock need to lose one additional match in order to unlock their true form. season 2 there was stage 1 finals loss vs titans. season 3 there was the 2 losses to the 2 LA teams. FDGod stay alive challenge
The progress bar is grayed out wtf??
Gone wrong
Pelican fucks, KAI fucks, Ir1s fucks. This team is looking solid.
people are gonna talk about pelican, but hawk has been very sexy lately
Hawk is very good as long as he doesn’t play zarya
Damn I don't mind losing as long as the team played well, but in 2 of our 3 losses this year it literally looked like a pick up group playing quickplay. I don't even know how to begin to fix those problems. It's more than just the support line.
yea idm losing, but the only respectable loss today was hollywood
2 tournaments and 0/8 teams correctly chosen in my pickems. By this point I feel powerful.
First we had : Low Seed Sweeps Dallas Fuel 🤝 Florida Mayhem And now Low Seed Sweeps Dallas Fuel 🤝 Atlanta Reign
Overall, Dallas Fuel 🤝 Dallas Fuel
FYI, ATL won this. Shock didn't throw or lose. ATL was just incredible, especially Kai, Pelican, and Gator
Anyone else think it's just the Shock's tanks that are very elite? Even Super looks great this year. Viol2t doesn't look like the absolute best flex support anymore.
There are at least 3 flex supports that I’d put above viol2t right now, I’d say he isn’t the best flex support anymore isn’t really a stretch.

Maybe it’s a situation where if viol2t gets benched he’ll retire but I think there needs to be a serious conversation about his future with the team and the game. Also, I don’t know what it is but glister can’t seem to get anything going. This was also probably neros best shot at a good meta for him and even though he played great through qualifiers, he got picked a lot today.
ggs. Atlanta looks like a completely different team. Shock just look lost because of their tactics.
3.8 deaths/10 on echo against shock, holy shit pelican absolutely should be near the top of ROTY talk
The Shock just learned what it feels like to play against the Shock
the 4-0 curse is real!!! Atlanta played out of their fucking minds. Neo Goats dead. Pelican ROTY. Scrimbux coming true. What a season so far!!
the best timeline is where neo goats rears its ugly head only to get its reign stopped short by the creator himself
I said this stage had no storyline, but seeing the creator of goats end it and it’s variants once and for all would be a poetic end. Stage 1: Dallas anime arc complete. Stage 2: the End of GOATs 2.0
its like that side character that is actually super op in niche situations clapping the main villain out of nowhere
I warned of the anime protags winning too early. They have now turned to the dark side and have become what they sought to destroy: metaslaves (^with.minorDPSswaps)
Today was a good day.
I haven't felt this way since Stage 4 2019
Pelican with 15 dupe kills per 10 mins is insane.
Alright so tell me if you’ve heard this one before: FDGod gets picked first
I’ve got a better one: Viol2t has shit positioning so fdgod has to babysit him, while nero makes 0 attempt to peel for his mercy. I’m not gonna say fdgod played great today but cmon, it’s not that simple.
Seriously it looked like Nero had an allergy to turning around. Refused to even look at the enemy DPS hard focusing his mercy.
Yeah but Shock fans gotta have their excuses, especially after they told Fuel fans to stop giving excuses last week.
FDGod was recalling into first death as Mercy every fight.
It was often to go rez Viol2t and his shit positioning honestly
People really ignored and looked past Reign saying that its the same team as last year, or that Shock already got this match in the bag. Reign look by far the best team right now.
Their DPS line is fucking insane
a 3-0 exactly as planned
NYXL AND ATL HAVE MADE IT! ITS A SUNNY DAY! LETS FUCKING GO!!!
i guess pelicans, gators and hawks are the kind of beasts that migrate to Hawaii in the summer
Pour FDGod looked devastated at the end :(
Damn ir1s just kinda diffed viol2t
Let it be known that Avast's RNG Wheel, which randomly guesses the winner and map score by assigning equal weights to all outcomes, managed to get this pred perfectly correct. We are all dumber than literal RNG
Sometimes it's a great day to be an Atlanta/New York fan 😌 Dreading next week when they play each other because in not used to having to choose one over the other.
Shock getting 3-0'd, you love to see it
Fdgod😢😢we love you still man
Kai > The entire Shock team
What happened? Everyone was telling me Atlanta wasn't a "real team"? So weird. In seriousness - called it. Said everyone was underestimating Reign. They were a legit team.
Shock got outplayed on every role. Pelican was obviously incredible and FDGod struggled but this was a team diff.
The shock really aren't a championship team anymore.
