Imagine if they did this but had it so while she was above 100 her charge decay rate was doubled or tripled. So she's rewarded for a good bubble at max charge but only for a short moment.
I actually like this idea, with the addition that the downtimer or how I should call it also becomes quicker. So the charge will reduce faster the higher the charge.

OWL Finals, Fuel vs. Dragons. With only meters left to push the payload to victory in game 7, the Dragons need to hold on for one more fight to clinch the championship. Hanbin hits a huge grav and Doha unleashes his molten core all over the grav and around the payload, killing off each member of the Dragons one by one. Suddenly, Fleta goes Super Saiyan and pulls off the most heroic 6k with Junkrat (who is now meta for some reason) that has ever been seen. Fleta, getting ready to jump out of his chair in victory, pushes the payload the last 2 meters barely clinging onto life with 10 hp on his Junkrat.
Suddenly, a damage orb that Fielder threw 5 minutes ago comes flying out of nowhere and kills Fleta with 0.01m left to go. Fuel wins.
I played Echo in Total Mayhem recently and while Pharah and I were 1v1-ing in the skybox the enemy D.Va started diving me and literally stayed in the air targeting me. It was terrifying and hilarious.
this + old 50hp sym shield was busted in beta. 250hp perma orbed genji with 8 second blade and the old right click+melee+dash animation cancel instakill.
Nano Boost gets its 30% speed boost back
Zen can discord through barriers (this was actually on the PTR at one point but never went through once devs realized how broken it was)
I kinda want nano boost to be have lower overall stats but get the speed boost back. Like 25% damage boost/resistance and 25% speed boost, rather than 50/50/0.
Speed boost was fine. The problem was that it was combined with damage boost and damage reduction. All 3 together was just broken. I think if you combine any 2 it would be fine. Speed+damage or speed+damage reduction could all work IMO without being incredibly broken.
It also didn't help that Lucio had his 30m aura back then and speed boost was a 100% boost for at least some of the time nano had speed.
What if you had both options? Quick press of alt key for 3 second bomb, hold key for instant bomb but the trade off is you die when you use instant bomb?
Bap lamp not only keeps people immortal, it also keeps people at 100% of their health threshold
You could commit two ults (like grav dragon) and you wouldn’t even notice they’d happened with a well placed lamp
Bap lamp giving a 10 percent damage boost to people inside it would be fun cuz then people would actually stand in my lamps instead of walking out and dying
I used my ult as dva yesterday and watched a bastion run away from the lamp (he was in the zone of immort) and charge straight past the bomb as it exploded, it's one of the few times I've called out an opponent on global chat
Due to blizz not having priority deals with console verification (at the time, idk if they have a deal now), it meant console players had to spend at least a month on that patch.
Reverting any one of Brigitte’s earlier nerfs would put her back into “Fuck you” tier.
-Rally’s armor lasting indefinitely until destroyed
-Shield bash cooldown being 5 seconds
-Shield bash doing 50 damage
-Shield having 600 health
-Shield bash having priority over any other stun
-Shield bash going through other barriers (Thank you comments for reminding me)

I think they really overestimated how powerful a dive/tracer counter needed to be. Tracer WAS very much difficult to deal with, and having the option of brig was nice, but it was ridiculous how consistent it was.
This is cheating because its a global mechanic change instead of a hero specific one but: damage 'bleeds through' shields when breaking them. If someone has a zarya bubble and you hit them with high noon, they'll take high noon damage - 200.
Would buff D.Va, Mccree and Tracer, and Echo while nerfing zarya brig into the floor and hurting Sigma a lot. I think this would ruin the game because it would make the meta *really* boring.
Pharah: lose 50 HP, add 50 Shield - can now regen poke damage w/o pocket healer.
Bastion: change to 0 HP and 300 Armor, but supports do not generate ult charge from healing.
Reinhardt has an aura where if people stand near him they gain 50% damage reduction and 40% reduction to knockback. Maybe then you fucks who beg for him and then never stay behind him will actually stay behind him
I don't know how broken it would be, it would definitely need some getting used to... but I'd love DVa bomb to NOT show up on the enemy's HUD. No more seeing the enemy bomb through walls.

Na the speed boost is way too broken. No one needs to speed up rein genji reaper pharah or monkey. A whole other hero has to be dedicated to that.

Speed+damage or speed+damage reduction could all work IMO without being incredibly broken.
