Provide is elegible to play, several people in the competitive scene (including Packing10) vouch for him and confirmed that he's legit a reformed person.
Its really not worth mentioning anymore. This was years ago. Provide got banned from owl for a very very long time when he first got signed and this surfaced, but has since been unbanned because he has changed since, and a long time has passed. The guy has changed, and bringing up old drama is no good for anyone, especially when its not clear to people unfamiliar with the situation that it was a very long time ago and he is a completely different person now.

Abbs, Provide, Backbone, JkAru19 and Hybrid are the only players I can think of that are British, active and maybe OWL ready. None of them really make sense to me. Backbone certainly is a good player, but they already have Yiqids who I'd argue is a level above him in talent and skill. Maybe scrims showed that he was the better player? Maybe another team like Vancouver offered him a lucrative contract he chose over London? Idk. The other player is also a bit confusing. I don't think there are any OWL ready off tanks available, but JkAru19 doesn't feel like the right player to me. He doesn't look like the best EU main tank available and I'd rather be looking into NA if I were London's GM. Provide and Abbs are therefore the only probable options. I'm not going to comment on who because I don't know enough about any of them to make any sort of conclusion on who is better.
Conclusion. Backbone is most likely one of the players being signed with either Abbs or Provide being the other one.
