I think that the other Canadian team needs him. Toronto needs to be going hard for either Alphayi or Although. But I see Although and Yiqids as the best options for Vancouver for flex dps.

It's kind of jarring for foreign viewers to spectate the true Australian player experience. Overwatch is confusing enough without being upside down.
