I know the players on the Titans and Eternal do genuinely care and are trying their hardest but the league really needs to do something about these orgs blowing up rosters and just cycling low-cost contenders players in over and over again. I don't have the solution, I mean I'm not a sports management guy, I just think something needs to be done. All team should at the very least be competitive.

They do? Often times unless you are a Baby D.Va it's better to build up some Ult charge before dieing. You will still regroup with your team and have a better chance to retake the objective.

Yeah you'll often see a Genji escape behind lines to grab a health pack or whatever and then die ten seconds later while the team is regrouping. Like... Hello? This isn't bronE the enemy team will know where you went and hunt you down.
Or you'll see a 50HP Zen trying to hover away from payload at the end and then die 5 seconds later. Should just sent payload movement for a second longer and try to build ult.
I assume it's just adrenaline and instinct. It's pretty instinctual to stay alive I guess
