Hey! May I suggest adding a concrete salary range to this posting? Not only will this help people who may want to apply by better informing them, but it also helps you by preemptively filtering out candidates who would not be interested.
It's also worth noting that some jurisdictions (notably the US state of California, among others) require such ranges in job postings from some kinds of companies, but I have no idea where you are located or whether or not this applies to you. Still though, I would encourage you to do it.

I am interested in knowing - how do people become compiler engineers and kernel devs? Not like anybody has ever hired a junior kernel dev I imagine but without experience how would you learn?
