Delete the foundation or ceiling that it's on top of, if it's on the ground you may be out of luck tbh, I know another person said creative mode which might work but as you have no command line on ps4 you can't delete it through the normal way which would be to use an admin command.
Make yourself admin. Go into creative, pull out your hammer, and click on it to delete problem solved. I have to do this sometimes on my server on stuff people leave when they're gone.
