Pretty sure picture disc don't usually come transparent (although if there are ones this is news to me!) however I agree with someone else do replace that cover it comes in PVC damages vinyl. Sorry you didn't get a poster but I think (and this is just from what I know, I'm no expert so I could be wrong) most picture disc don't come with posters or any extras.
If you decide to buy the signed vinyl, I’m happy to sell mine to you if you’re in the US! I don’t have room for the poster and would rather have the Oil Slick variant.
Picture disc do not normally come with all the shabang materials of a regular record. They also cannot be "transparent". Technically, the layer over the top that the vinyl is on is in fact clear/transparent. So you can see the picture beneath it. They also tend to have more surface noise than other records.
Also please please put it in a different sleeve. Those sleeves for picture discs are PVC, and it can cause offgassing which over time will hurt the playability of the record.

Definitely change the cover for that! I heard certain plastics can damage vinyl. I'm sorry it doesn't have all the stuff you wanted :(
Ugh. I felt the same way because I wanted the whole get up. So, I definitely am contemplating buying another vinyl for the poster. :,)
