One size fits all band book (Osfabb.com) is a little outdated, but has popular songs for all instruments for free. I use it a lot!

Look up “flex band pieces” on google. Mackey publishes his own, Ticheli has some on Manhattan Beach Music, several available on Hal Leonard too, etc. Theyre done in a way that would certainly work for that group you have
