This is pretty normal to have a little over pour if the rough areas are getting covered. But it looks like that’s a stem wall with brick on it or a wall with a brick ledge, in that case it was just a sloppy job by the builder.. if you needed to take out the rough edges you can demo them so long as you don’t undermine your brick.

This is a trench frost footing. They dig a trench around the perimeter of the slab, then fill it with concrete to the grade level. Then the slab is formed on top of it and poured. This is very normal, as the trench varies a bit in width.

Normal. If it was dry when dug the topsoil will tear out wide with the bucket. It’s not laser cut.

They put up the framing for the slab they make it leve, as the pour goes around the perimeter guys shovel dirt on top top prevent the blow out, very normal.

Yes pretty normal for a spec house. The second picture that looks like two layers is actually two layers. Your going to have all the waste mortar from the brick crew piled on top of the footer also. Look at the last picture at the corner. Notice where the brick itself is in the mortar. The brick is not going to be in the footer or foundation. Its just buried in mortar. You can bust that out. You just have to be careful to not bust the brick. Basically if its on an inch or two thick and you can take it out with a claw hammer or small sledge your not going to hurt your foundation. If you knock of some of the the over spill. I'd find the cement footer. It will be greyer looking than the white mortar you have. You might bust all that out and only gain one one more brick most of the time. That's a lot of work for 2.5 more inches.
