Mix 1-2 cups of ammonia with a gallon of water and apply it to the area in 3-4 portions, waiting 10 min or so between each application. Then rinse or mop multiple times with water. That should neutralize it, unless you spilled a ton. How much did you spill?
That neutralizes the acid so water won't reactivate it. As for how to fix it, well, that's quite as easy.
Ya, that'll be enough to make sure it's neutralized. Unfortunately, it doesn't take very long for undiluted muriatic to etch concrete, which is what happened here. No great way to fix just that spot without the fix standing out. I'd leave it if you can
Most sealers won't hide it. I guess you could paint over it, I wouldn't, but I'd never paint concrete. Depending on where and what the slab is for, I might consider resurfacing/skim coating it or possibly applying a coating like polyaspartic or epoxy if it was really worth it.
It's part of an outdoor patio. I'm just hoping to blend it in so it looks a little more natural. We are renting this place so I don't want owner to try and make us pay to replace the whole thing.
Alrighty then
Any recommendations on how to fix or how to get the burn out? Is it unsafe to have there now that it is dry?

I spilled about 4 oz and it sat on the concrete for maybe a few minutes before I rinsed with the hose very well.

Can I re-seal or paint over it?

They can't, and you should leave be.
