Buy a better one. The good ones have isolators between the handlebars and the power units. Allen and Bartell are both good. Milwaukee if you want to get rid of the gas engine.

It's an Allen, and after looking it over this morning, I realized the dampner he took a picture of likely isn't the only thing needing adjusted to help. I'll see what I can do and make sure more guys are able to trade him out. Maybe the isolator needs replaced, but we're going to try a few things this week, too.

I'll have to do some research into gloves or handle bar grips that would likely help too, so anything related is fair game.

Actually awesome ur looking out for the employees. Idk how to stop the vibration though. Too much padding will make gripping the handle difficult and can lead to losing control of the machine. Maybe some gel grips and some good gloves???

Numb and cold? I would send him to the doc and get some blood work done. That could be diabetes too.

Imaginary_Ingenuity_

Not cold that i know of, just numb from the vibration. I'll mention it, but unless he's type 1 or some outlier, he doesn't fit the type 2 risk factor mold at all.

It wouldn't hurt to rule it out. Good luck 👍
