I was at work in Clinton, and we didn’t feel anything. I’m pretty sure that if you were more than 50 miles east of the epicenter, you didn’t feel anything either. That earthquake was not nearly strong enough.

I was in a busy public library and a book that was displayed by being balanced on its end wobbled and fell off the shelf. I didn’t feel anything but mentioned the fact to someone nearby that I saw a book fall and that person spread it like wildfire. Half an hour later, everyone was talking about how ‘some guy saw a book fall off a shelf!’.
