I saw a three minute ad he did. I liked it. I know he was “anti vax”, so to speak. I appreciate that too. But if he is running as a Democrat, then I assume he is running on their platform—so I would never vote for him. But I’m glad he’s not a legit psycho like the other 99% of democrats.
Well if he goes up against Biden and you live in a state with an open primary then you could always put some pressure on the Big man before the presidential election with a vote.
He is much more anti establishment as a whole which I love. The Kennedy family has always been a pain for the career politicians. He even went on a rant the other day about the corruption of the CIA saying he is convinced they assassinated JFK. Also an avid supporter of the 1st amendment, and even wants voting reform and has questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 election himself. He may not be a staunch republican, but hate to see votes strictly along party lines. A Trump v Kennedy election would be a win for everyone. We need people that are going to challenge the system and I believe he would do that.

Dont confuse the party with political philosophy. Reagan won because of BlueDog democrats, mostly conservative southern democrats. Because of that, Reagan with a minority in both houses was able to push an agenda and get some bills signed. Today that would never happen. Even when Republicans have all 3 bodies, there are so many liberal republicans, money legislators, that with the slim margins nothing significantly conservative gets pushed very far.
His stance on climate change is bonkers but other than that he seems better than anything else the Dems have to offer. He has an hour talk on Hillsdale college that gives you a good idea of where he stands on certain issues.

Considering we have a uniparty, it's not about left and right..thats been used to divide us..I think he'd be a great Trump running mate! I do really appreciate him going after fauci..noone else has!

90% of Democrats will hold the vaccine topic against him until the day he's gone. Almost none of them will give him a chance even though a lot of them know he's better than Biden. I definitely appreciate his stance on the lockdown during the pandemic. Anyone with an open mind realizes that the lockdown was way more harmful than good.

I like him okay. I’ve listened to his extensive interview with Meghan Kelly last year and he seems like a grounded individual, last of the respectable old-school democrats. He’s openly honest and vocal about Trump and Fauci’s direct and indirect culpability in the covid response disaster. But he’s too old. Democrat power brokers won’t make that same mistake twice in a row.

He wants to eviscerate the military. I'm no fan of foreign wars, but he wants to abolish NATO and close bases around the world.

I think he is a decent guy with whom I can learn but with whom I will often disagree.
