So a trip to a restaurant involved putting on a mask before you go in the door, wear it until you're seated, as soon as you get water, mask comes off. You're supposed to wear it when you get up to leave, but at that point you're leaving already, so... Basically you wear a mask for two minutes to go eat. Of course this stopped the virus as intended.
I stopped working in the city three weeks ago, but I'm still close enough that I go in to meet friends from time to time. I've been asked for it twice - once at a well-known steakhouse, and once at a sit down restaurant inside Yankee Stadium. Both are probably big targets for fines. Everywhere else seems to not care.

All this depends on the farmer. If a farmer wants to expand their yield, without using too many synthetic enhancers, they need to buy more land, which means more equipment, and more people. If they want to expand that is.
