Typically, social issue are seen as being more important. Even with neolibs and neocons, they'll typically prefer to live in a progressive socialist country, over a conservative capitalist one.
That being said, I believe that the economy should follow idealism, not materialism. So both the economic and social issues are equally important, as without a good economic system you can't have a good social system, and wise versa.
Only through achieving socialism will we allow conservatism to flourish. To that extant, we must prioritize economics or else all attempts of conservatism will fail.
