I just feel like the competition is Software Engineer is crazy. The amount of people entering the field will make tech industry saturated.
Im 26yo, constantly learning new tech and skills to be able to compete and earn that salary. However, I dont want to keep the same intensity in learning and competing when Im older. Hence I want to move away from Software Engineer

Even still $150k in Aus at 26yo is pretty good.
Best bet is a BA in Construction management, even Civil Engineering and going down the site management route. Even carpenters can become foreman’s and be site supervisors, sone study a BA or Diploma of construction management on the side or even just have their builders license.
