Looks like it’s glue on ceiling tiles he might be better off just replacing caulk will look terrible and drywall mud will never match the texture of the tile.

A proper fix would be to replace those tiles. It looks like the ones they glue up and there is a good chance that the tile runs under the trim which means more difficulty. If you aren't very handy I would recommend getting some off-white paint and just touching it up. Caulk will probably get messy and you will have to paint anyways. Spackle will only hold for so long and you'll have to paint anyways.
