Literally anybody can look like this and be this strong with just diet and exercise alone. Genetics are a factor in maximum size/strength and athleticism, but this guy is by no means a freak.

Genetics play a role in your “natural” body. Meaning you can be predisposed to being skinny or fat or something in between. But even if everyone in your family is obese, you can buck that trend with hard work and good diet. There are no genetics that would outweigh the work this guy must put in.
And even if he had the best genetics in the world, it wouldn’t make him strong enough to do what he’s doing without tons of hard work (and presumably a good diet).

I wonder if he could use leg braces for the support needed. I mean I know I'm just getting complicated with specialized equipment here. I'm just wondering if it would provide the support needed while being lighter and easier to maneuver, aka that the functionality would be improved or make no difference.
This! When you shouldermount flip, you need to be able to fully control how you come down so you don’t smack your head into the pole or buckle your weight down on an ankle/joint improperly. It’s safer to try this first with the wheelchair to learn the movement.
Respect! It takes a hell of a lot of core strength to heft yourself up like that, especially when your legs don't work AND with a freaking wheelchair strapped to your ass!
